OK, so I just watched this on Tubi and I have to say it is definitely goofy AF. Still, having said that, I'd also have to say that it's a decent enough flick in it's own small way.
Interestingly, it appears to have been shot in Paris France featuring all native French speakers (with the exception of the main characters British friend) speaking in all English for the entire length of the film. Nothing appeared overdubbed and I thought that was kind of unique. I've never seen a film done that way before.
Also there were no stupid special effects like having the vampires flying all over the place, or moving with insane super human speed. No, this was a very low budget indie that used it's obviously small financial fund on things like rubber make-up, prosthetics, and long fake acrylic fingernails to get across the main character's final descent into darkness.
I'd give it a 3.5 rating. If you're *really* into vampire films then you might like it.
