Not your average cooking/food show

I really like this show, and I believe Sabastian is the reason it's so good.

Not only is his comedy great, he does an excellent job as the host of this show, warts and all (he gets seasick in the very first show).

His looking into the background of food is what makes it so interesting. Like him, I want to know where it's from, what's it made of, why does it taste like this? Sebastian answers all these questions about all kinds of food.
