Everyone needs to see this!

Whether you are in Australia or not, this must be seen and shared, it's deeply upsetting for anyone with a love of marine life and our oceans, but it's so important to get this message out that such a barbaric and proven to be ineffective process is happening! At the end it gives details of how we can help and I implore everyone to do their bit; sign the petition, spread the word, help to try and get this devastating culling stopped. A brilliantly put together documentary with passionate advocates and scientists who are trying their hardest to get the deaf ears of government to listen to reason and sense.

Some of the opening drone shots in the film showing shark nets on the Gold Coast, actually feature a barely visible baby humpback whale entangled in the net. The crew were there to get drone shots of the nets, but then spotted an entangled whale in the net and notified authorities and rescue teams. Authorities took hours to arrive and a good Samaritan ended up freeing the whale before their arrival. Known only as Django, he gained global news coverage and became dubbed "tinny man", named after the small boat he used for the rescue. The film crew documented the entire rescue, but it does not feature in the film.
