Nice exchanges with talented comedians. You actually learn a lot about comedy and the individual comedians.
Highly recommended.

Okay so I watched this show specifically for the guest of the night and while the host himself is kind of a drag the rest of the show was excellent indeed alot of laughs "even. From dull Anthony" and alot of fun will I watch again I don't know but I did enjoy this one
I really like Anthony.. I like his dark humour.. I respect his views on comedy, on selfpresentation.. He clearly doesn't like tv and if you don't like tv, you hate talk shows, right? So his hatred felt very real and I loved how some of the guests were a little intimidated and confused by that. Liked the set and the limited audience, that created kinda homey atmosphere. Overall good job, Anthony!
Anthony Jeselnik knows who he is.
He is crude, rude, and lovable.
The show is a lot like his podcast, JRVP (Jr. Vice President), except it's a bullet point/improv conversation with other comedians.
The thing about these conversations, is that it can be complete gold... or.... it can bomb.
The show itself is a standard 'talk about'. The guest at a table, while Jeselnik badgers him/her with questions. In my opinion, the 'jokes' land about 75% of the time. It just depends on the guest.
All in all. Anthony Jeselnik is a great comedian and very fun to listen to. Watching in a talk show... I think he's getting there.
It's not bad, it's not superb.
It's good.

What a fine format for interviewing the peer group of Mr Jeselnik!
In this show Anthony Jeslnick interviews fellow comedians with both direct and oblique questions. You never know which direction Mr Jeselnik will steer the guest into. But he keeps the show at a constant bubbling level which makes this program original and very entertaining!
Unfortunately I don't think the 'average' viewer will tune into the Jeselnik genius.
