A very solid Kamen Rider show from the early Heisei era. Similar to Ryuki, it has a dark tone-in fact, it's even darker at times. Some scenes feel like a 'what if Kamen Rider was made exclusively for adults' due to their darker style. However, it still maintains the typical features of the Heisei era Kamen Rider, such as not being too violent since it's a show made for everyone.

Since she is unable to transform, she buckles the belt onto the main character, who is able to transform, and sticks around to protect the girl, even against his will. From there, the series introduces great characters for every side: heroes, villains, anti-heroes. The main problem is the rushed end of the series, and that interferes in the way some characters behave. Apart from that, this series is highly recommended for the fans of the franchise.
