When I was growing up and always close to dinnertime on weekday evenings (as that was the timeslot), I always turn on the television and watch this show without fail. If I have to say about one of the very earliest shows I watched where it introduces me to understand more of the English language, this has to be one of those.
I mean naturally when I was still very young, I don't even understand what the usual three contestants are trying to guess, or what 'Buy a vowel' really means, I just know it's always so full of excitement and the prizes are already enough to envy anyone. But then it's interesting and often funny at times I always remembered about Pat Sajak and Vanna White. These two people had been appearing on the show from the first time I first watched this as a very young kid.
Slowly over the years, I did not watched it often as I do but then if I have the chance, I will watch it. But since years ago, it was taken off the air from the local television screens and I really wondered why. I mean, given the excitement is always there actually.
A game show that is not to be missed.

Wheel of Fortune is a fun Game Show to watch. I watch it every night on my local NBC affiliate and I enjoy the old reruns on the Game Show Network. It's always been my dream to be on Jeopardy! but if I can't get on there, I wanna try for Wheel of Fortune, if it's still around in 5, 6, or 7 years. I think it will be because as Charlie O'Donell says at the beginning of every episode "It's America's Game!" It must be the most popular game show on Television. I hope it stays around. Pat Sajak and Vanna White are great hosts for the show too! I have versions of the game on Nintendo 64 and for my computer and I enjoy playing it myself. It's a fun game and I would really like to appear on a game show because I've always enjoyed watching game shows and thought they were neat.
I have loved the Wheel of Fortune show, ever since Chuck Woolery first hosted it with Susan Stafford as lovely assistant; It was a joy to sit at the television and challenge your skills. There have been many changes to the show's original format, but it still is wonderful to experience a victory solving the bonus puzzle.Pat Sajak and Vanna White are a great team and make the show fun and exciting.Miss White is sparkling with her personality, and Mr. Sajak has a warm mannerism about him that you can trust. What is amazing is that this show is like the simple game of hangman!I think it is remarkable how a popular show came about through a child's game.I really Love It.
I haven't watched "Wheel of Fortune" in decades. I'm happy to see that Pat Sajak and Vanna White have retained their jobs. If I'm not mistaken, Vanna White had to sue to keep her job after they wanted to replace her with a younger, newer model.
"Wheel of Fortune" was so simple and successful that they made board games, video games, and even slot machines. All it is is a high stakes game of hangman. Losing can be very embarrassing depending upon the answer and conversely it can be very gratifying as well.
I don't watch any game shows anymore, but when I did, "Wheel of Fortune" was in the rotation.

That show I like, and the show America likes, is bigger, brighter, and better than ever because it's now in High Definition!!!!! It's "Wheel of Fortune!!!!!"
Anyhow, Pat Sajak and Vanna White run the show and they are the perfect duo to take center stage. The game is played exactly like "Hangman," as Merv Griffin envisioned it more than 30 years ago. Here people spin for "BIG MONEY !!!," and prizes too, but watch out for "Bankrupts," "Lose a Turns," calling wrong letters, etc. and the player shall succeed!!!!! The person with the most cash goes on to spin the little wheel for a chance at cars and cash ranging from $25,000 to $100,000!!!!!
I am looking forward to seeing such a great season this year, especially the Dallas episodes. As a matter of fact, the Nokia Theater in Grand Prairie just wrapped up three nights (three weeks on TV) of shows a couple of weeks back. It'll probably be on in November, so I'll have my old-fashioned SD VCR ready!!!!!
"Wheel of Fortune" is the best game show ever made, and 6th according to GSN. Watch it, you will enjoy it!!!!!
