An occasionally suspenseful film about a reasonably attractive, generally decorous female flight attendant with an ambivalence toward males, a yen for alcohol and a nagging compulsion to be something considerably darker than her occupation would suggest. One could speculate what Alfred Hitchcock or Brian de Palma might have made of such raw material, but, alas, touches of cinematic panache are few and far between. There is some closing ambiguity re whether the filmmakers were rooting for or against their heroine. As usual, that does nothing to bring closure to the viewer, but perhaps there will be a sequel.
Zero plot, zero talent in the acting which was so wooden, the only thing that could improve it is a circular saw, a hammer and some nails. It's only a 1 as there isn't a zero option. Save yourself 90 minutes of your life. I watched it on fast forward and it was still glacially slow with no real ending.
Well, while not the best film ever, it showed promise. It just needed a good edit to improve the pace, and delete some of the scenes that weren't needed and didn't help the plot or anything.
It wasn't as terribly bad as some reviews, and i didn't think the acting was so terrible either. Making films is hard y'all. Credit to those who write and produce themselves, try and do something they believe in and just go for it. Sure there'll be some falls along the way.
I bought this on disk from a Dollar Tree having never heard of it, just taking a chance on some lower budget horror.
The set-up is a bit different than the tagline. It's not really "on a plane" but in a hotel, mostly in the main character's room. But other than the tagline suggesting more of a "Turbulence" or "Red Eye" sort of film, we get the idea pretty quickly, as she's in the room right away.
I'll do my best to avoid spoilers, but I'll say that the MC's "motivation" is a little heavy handed. Sure, guys can be skeevie and garbage at taking hints, but I'm not sure viewers will necessarily feel like they're on her side, let's say that.
I wish I could see the budget, because I suspect it was pretty low and yet I liked how it was shot, how things unfolded, and the buried guns as the story progressed. The effects were about on par with what I'd expect at this range, as well.
The story and writing was actually not shabby, considering that many low-budget horror flicks get mired in justifying why the characters do X or why circumstances went in Y direction. That was all right.
Inevitably, the acting is going to get a little rough, but that was pretty much with anyone save for the two central characters, meaning they did a pretty solid job, while you're one-liner supporting cast could prove a little weak (again, kinda expected).
It held some twists I didn't see coming or details I'd failed to remember, which is good. The ending could have been stronger, but that very much felt like a budget issue not a skill issue, if that makes sense.

This film is really poor. Nothing happens for the first 38 mins, except to introduce you to a terribly acted, totally unsympathetic lead character. The rest is bafflingly bad with almost no plot or direction and character interactions that were straight out of a bad school production. I don't know what the intention was in making her unpleasant and sarcastic, but it did nothing for the film as Iit made me not care what happened to her.
The script could have been written by a 12 year old and the acting is so wooden it hurt to watch, at times! Honestly, I cannot think of a single positive thing to say about this film.
