Growing up in the Eastend of London, one of five children had its challenges and struggles. She had a dream of being an actress from a young age but drama classes weren't an option. At age 13 a friends dad paid for her to do a 2 week summer course at Sylvia Youngs theatre school. She finally found a way to go to Acting school much later in life when she walked into the Poor School.
