Christopher Winchester was born in Liverpool, England, and holds both British and New Zealand citizenship. He is a graduate of Trinity Hall, Cambridge, where he first experimented with musical comedy as a member of the Cambridge Footlights. In addition to his spoof Middle Earth music videos, performed with a cast of extras from the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings film franchises, he plays vintage singer Hodi O'Ho on his YouTube comedy channel. A versatile voice performer, he has voiced commercials in Australia and New Zealand, and works in character as a documentary narrator.
