Fans can finally rest easy knowing the fourth season of Alan Tudyk's sci-fi dramedy, Resident Alien, is returning. The show faced a grim future after Season 3, but its fate changed. Syfy has set the return date for June 6. The new season also sees a slight release change. New episodes will be simulcast on two NBCUniversal networks, with USA Network joining Syfy to get the show in front of viewers. Apart from the live airing, new episodes will be available to stream on Peacock a week after their on-air debut. The season's trailer has also been released, previewing the events where Patience faces a new threat while Harry finds himself in captivity. The official synopsis for the season reads:

Almost a year after Resident Alien moved from Syfy to NBCUniversal sibling USA Network with a suspenseful Season 4 renewal, a premiere date has been set for said Season 4 and, surprisingly, it involves both the sci-fi comedy-drama’ new and old homes.
The new season of Resident Alien will debut June 6 as a simulcast on USA and Syfy. The decision to keep the show on Syfy in addition to its USA run reportedly came in the months following the Season 4 renewal. Also today, Syfy announced a June 12 premiere for its new scripted series Revival, headlined by Wynonna Earp star Melanie Scrofano. Episodes of Resident Alien and Revival — both based on comics — will be available on Peacock a week after they premiere on the linear networks.

This article contains spoilers for "Severance."
Praise Kier! Dichen Lachman is finally getting her time in the spotlight. Like so many other Australian actors that ultimately made the jump to Hollywood, Lachman cut her teeth on the perennial Aussie soap opera "Neighbors." Yet, despite having since become a prolific veteran of American television, she's been curiously wasted in blink-and-you'll-miss-them roles in tentpoles like "Jurassic World Dominion" and "Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes." Thankfully, that's not the case with "Severance," Dan Erickson's engrossingly trippy sci-fi series about modern corporations and their never-ending search for new ways to exploit their workers.
Speaking of the devil, the nefarious biotech giant Lumon Industries and its "severing" tech took on whole new shades of disturbing in "Severance" season 2, especially when it came to Lachman's character ... or, should we say, characters. As you may recall, the actor made her debut on the series as Ms.

By and large, the 2010s proved to be a superb decade for the horror genre. Following in the footsteps of some of the finest horror movies of all time, the decade played host to a number of standout offerings from one of cinema's oldest genres. The best horror movies of the 2010s featured the likes of The Witch, Get Out, and A Quiet Place to name but a few, while introducing new directorial genre standouts like Jordan Peele and Robert Eggers to a global audience.
However, while the headlines may have been dominated by the likes of the aforementioned big hitters, the horror genre also played host to a number of lesser-known and more underappreciated outings. These films may not have been accompanied by the same mainstream fanfare as some of their more popular contemporaries, but the best obscure horror movies from the 2010s feature a wide range of compelling central premises and characters,...

Robert Downey Jr. is coming back into the MCU, but not as Tony Stark. He will come into the MCU as a different character, and this time as a villain. He’s taking on the iconic role of Doctor Doom.
This has seen mixed reactions from fans. After all, he’s already made his mark on the MCU. Well, he’s not the only actor to step back into the Marvel Cinematic Universe but as a different character. Here are 13 who have done it before him, and some of them may surprise you.

If you wondered how well change would fare for our favorite earth-bound alien, by the end of Resident Alien Season 3 Episode 2, it's clear there was nothing to fear.
Cast members change, and storylines evolve, but Harry Vanderspeigel remains the same. His inner reflections often betray his actions, much to our enjoyment.
The other Patience residents are also in self-discovery mode, which has given new life to the series, which is now in its third season. That's not always an easy accomplishment, but Chris Sheridan does it with ease.
How Does More People Knowing Harry's Secret Impact the Story?
Early in the series, Harry spent a good portion of his time learning to live as a human (dun dun!). The rest of his time was devoted to dispelling any creeping notions of humanity while keeping his origins a secret.
Thankfully, Harry continues to push back against his mental human evolution as...

Every show gets canceled eventually, and it's best when the writers can wrap up the character's endings nicely. Ted Lasso, Succession, The Good Place, The Golden Girls, and The Mary Tyler Moore Show all knew that their time had come and that the show would end with the final season. This gave the writers time to figure out which direction to take the characters and where they wanted them to end up. But what if they don't get the chance? What if they plan the best cliffhanger in history, and the show gets canceled? And we never know what happens. The Netflix show Glow is one that still hits hard; they were all about to make big decisions, but we never got an outcome. Angel and Legends of Tomorrow also left us with cliffhangers that will never be resolved. Marvel's Agent Carter was one of the tougher ones as well...

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has fully embraced long-form storytelling with its new Disney+ series, including WandaVision, Secret Invasion, and Loki. However, these streaming series are far from the franchise's first foray into the world of television. Years ago, Marvel Studios' most inventive television storylines came in the form of series like Agent Carter.
Following the exploits of Hayley Atwell's Peggy Carter after the events of Captain America: The First Avenger, ABC's Agent Carter ran for two seasons before being abruptly canceled. Nevertheless, the series still managed to deliver some truly terrific television episodes in its short time on the air.
