Warning: The following contains spoilers for The White Lotus season 3, episode 5, "Full Moon Party."
The White Lotus star Charlotte Le Bon reveals how Saxon's actor, Patrick Schwarzenegger, reacted to the incestuous kiss between Saxon and Lochlan Ratliff (Sam Nivola). The kiss occurs when the two brothers are invited to the full moon party by Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood) and Chloe (Le Bon) in The White Lotus season 3, episode 5. During the intoxicated after-party, Chloe, who bonded with Chelsea earlier in the season over their shared experience of dating older men, challenges the brothers to a kiss.
In an interview with Vulture, Le Bon discussed the kiss. While Schwarzenegger and Nivola play brothers in the series, they are not related in real life, so it made the scene easier to film. However, she shared that although filming the scene didn't trouble Nivola, it was difficult for Schwarzenegger, whose"genuine reaction" was...

The fifth episode of White Lotus’ season three has shocked audiences with an incestuous kiss between brothers Saxon (played by Patrick Schwarzenegger) and Lachlan (Sam Nivola).
Many viewers had already noted an uncomfortable, inappropriate relationship between the siblings throughout the preceding episodes, but the romantic energy was confirmed in a now-viral scene in which the brothers kiss while tripping on a yacht.

Actress Charlotte Le Bon, whose character Chloe pushes the brothers to kiss in the show, reflected on the filming process for the scene: “Well obviously they’re not brothers by blood, so that made it easier.”
“I think for Patrick it was really difficult. For Sam, he was kind of like, ‘It’s whatever, let’s just do it well one time and it will be over…You know?” Le Bon told Vulture. “Because if you don’t...

Throughout 12 years and seasons of "The Big Bang Theory," Simon Helberg, the actor who plays Howard Wolowitz, got to show off his considerable talents, from speaking multiple languages to celebrity impressions. So how did Helberg's vocal stylings make it into the show in the first place? In an interview with Vulture after the show's massively successful sixth season wrapped up, executive producer Steve Molaro spoke to the outlet about a handful of topics, including the romance between Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) and Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik), the end of Raj Koothrappali's (Kunal Nayyar) selective mutism around women, and Howard's Cage impression from the season's penultimate episode "The Love Spell Potential."
According to Molaro, the crew behind "The Big Bang Theory" knew that Helberg was a dab hand at impressions, so they simply wrote that into the show. "We had heard him do Nicolas Cage and we always thought that was really funny,...

A recent rumor claimed that Stranger Things star Sadie Sink might be in talks to play Jean Grey in Marvel Studios' X-Men reboot, and it looks like there was some truth to this report - although it seems she could be set to make her MCU debut as the mutant hero in a completely different movie.
Deadline reports that Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures have made their first major casting decision for the fourth Spider-Man movie, and Sink will play a "significant" role. The trade notes that the "prevailing theory" is that she will play Jean, but they have also heard that she could appear as "another beloved redheaded Spider-Man character."
The site is, of course, referring to Mary Jane Watson. But with Zendaya already playing a new take on "Mj," how exactly would that work? Well, since Spider-Man 4 is expected to include at least some Multiversal elements, Sink...

The history of Lilo & Stitch is so incredible that it is difficult to process how the movie ever got made in the first place. At a time of intense infighting at Disney and with little money and time to finish the movie, Christopher Sanders and Dean DeBlois delivered an animated film that, to date, remains one of the most beloved Disney movies of all time.

Even in its conception, Lilo & Stitch stands out due to its absurdly fantastic yet extraordinary storyline. It is no wonder that with the proper tools, even a far-fetched sci-fi plot with a six-limbed demonic agent of chaos can be made into one of the most heartwarming Disney movies in pop culture history.

Announced last year, Spider-Man 4 is officially in development, though details remain scarce. What has been confirmed is that Tom Holland and Zendaya will reprise their roles, with Destin Daniel Cretton set to direct.
Before the film’s confirmation, reports suggested Marvel Studios was torn between two potential directions: a Multiversal storyline continuing from No Way Home or a grounded, street-level narrative featuring Daredevil and Kingpin.
However, after Robert Downey Jr. was confirmed to return to the MCU as Doctor Doom, Marvel Studios reportedly decided to pursue the Multiversal storyline.
Since development was confirmed, speculation about potential villains has been nonstop. Rumors have linked the film to various iconic foes, including Green Goblin, Hobgoblin, Knull, Vulture, and more from Spider-Man’s legendary rogues’ gallery.

Some astute fans of Elsbeth, CBS' quirky police procedural comedy / drama that stars Carrie Preston as the title character, think a famous director may have had an uncredited cameo. In the episode, which is titled Scenes From an Italian Restaurant, unconventional attorney Elsbeth Tascioni is trying to solve an old Mafia murder. She watches a fictional film about the show, City on a Knife Edge, and listens to director Francis Martino's commentary. And it appears none other than David Fincher was playing the voice of Martino.
Elsbeth is a spinoff of two popular CBS shows, The Good Wife (2009 to 2016), and The Good Fight (2017 to 2022), which featured Preston as Tascioni. The first season premiered on CBS on Feb. 29, 2024 and was quickly renewed for a second season by Apr. 2024. While the character is an unorthodox attorney, she uses her singular point-of-view to help solve cases. Preston won a Primetime Emmy in 2013 for...

Daredevil: Born Again premiered Tuesday night in the form of two episodes. It continues the story of Netflix’s Daredevil and even brings back pretty much all of the original cast. The first two episodes have been reviewed mostly positively and fan reception seems good as well, but there’s a lot of questions to be answered afterwards. Watch out for light spoilers beyond this point.
Spoilers Below.
The Kingpin is as much of a main character as Daredevil in Born Again. Fisk decides to run for mayor, enters the race late, then wins the mayoral chair. He runs a campaign based on being tough on crime, making the streets of New York safe once again, and getting rid of the vigilantes running through the streets.
White Tiger, Daredevil, and even Spider-Man are classified by Fisk as reckless vigilantes that roam the streets, taking the law into their own hands,...

The latest episode of Severance, "Chikhai Bardo," was the trippiest, wildest episode of the show yet . It also answered a lot of questions fans have been obsessing over. We spent most of the episode with Mark's wife Gemma, whom Mark had thought dead for years. But really, Lumon Industries faked her death and has been holding her in the bowels of the Lumon building, using severance technology on her many, many times and performing experiments on her.
The exact nature of those experiments remains mysterious; Gemma has to go into a variety of rooms. In each room, a different one of her many severed personalities — or Innies — takes over. Pretty much all the rooms involve her doing something unpleasant, like going to the dentist or writing thank-you notes. Star Dichen Lachman thinks that Lumon is testing the severance technology as a way for people to free themselves from unpleasant experiences...

Theoretically, the “Mad Max” film franchise isn’t going to end with “Furiosa,” as directly George Miller confirmed this week in an interview with Vulture that he already as a script for a new movie.
But before you get your hopes up, Miller made it clear this hypothetical movie isn’t a priority for him at the moment and might never actually get made.
The comments came as part of a lengthy interview that eventually discussed the disappointing financial performance of last year’s “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga,” a prequel to “Mad Max: Fury Road” that earned just $173.8 million on a budget of $168 million.
“We’ve got another script,” Miller said when asked if he’d still make another “Mad Max” movie. “But having been doing this long enough where I’m habituated to storytelling, I find myself with way too many stories — not only in my head, but...

Where must we go? We who wander this Wasteland in search of our better selves? That’s exactly what George Miller is trying to figure out as the future of the Mad Max franchise remains uncertain. There has been talk of another movie with Tom Hardy ever since Fury Road resurrected the series in 2015 but nothing has come of that. So where does that leave the future of Mad Max? Will Miller be bringing back more fury or has it been cast into the wasteland?
George Miller recently sat down to chat about Mad Max with Vulture, saying that he has plenty of ideas for scripts in his head…it’s just that not all of them are tied to Mad Max…“We’ve got another script. George Miller is flirting with the idea of taking another trip down Fury Road.
Following his 2015 franchise reboot Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) and last year’s Furiosa prequel, the Oscar winner recently revealed he has another installment he’d like to make “if for whatever reason the planets align,” but he has a few other projects on deck.
“We’ve got another script,” he told Vulture of his Mad Max plans. “But having been doing this long enough where I’m habituated to storytelling, I find myself with way too many stories — not only in my head, but in the form of screenplays or at least very detailed notes that are within reach of screenplays. I’m a professional daydreamer, really. This was seen as my big deficit as a kid: ‘George would do better at school if he didn’t daydream so much’ was on my report card.”

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga was a visually stunning, critically acclaimed action epic in the same vein as its predecessor, Fury Road. However, the film struggled at the box office, seemingly halting talks on future entries in the franchise. Despite underperforming at the box office, Furiosa director George Miller maintains that he has more stories to tell in the Mad Max universe, but it might be awhile before he gets to it.
Speaking with Vulture, Miller confirmed that there is another script ready to go if given the green light, perhaps alluding to Mad Max: The Wastleand, which would see the return of the titular hero in a prequel reportedly set before Fury Road. Earlier this week the world received the sad news that beloved Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Gossip Girl actress Michelle Trachtenberg was found dead in her home at just 39 years old. Her passing prompted an outpouring of support from those that knew her best, and the fans who had grown up with her thanks to such films as Harriet the Spy and EuroTrip. While there was much speculation on social media as to why she died, the real reason will never be known.
Per Vulture, Trachtenberg's family has declined to have an autopsy performed on the late star for religious reasons. The New York City Medical Examiner has honored that request, and has thus ruled her death as "undetermined" on the official certificate. The NYPD believes that no foul play was involved in Trachtenberg's passing, so it is not being investigated as suspicious. She was found dead in her New...

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has earned a bit of fame for creating memorable superheroes with profound arcs while leaving the villains on the sidelines.
Sure, Thanos, Loki, The Vulture, and The Kingpin are a few exceptions (though audiences witnessed the origin of the latter in a Netflix series instead of a Disney project). However, more often than not, the antagonists act as a one-and-done with no major arc or character development in sight.
It's very uncommon to see the same villain across multiple projects, but there have been a handful of exceptions to that rule across the years. Now, it seems like we'll see one of those lucky few even sooner than originally expected.

We all know superhero-related characters are never truly "out of the picture" even if all evidence might indicate otherwise. Such a concept has been especially true now that the Marvel Cinematic Universe is on The Multiverse Saga. Heroes we thought were long gone made a comeback in the least expected of places. Jennifer Garner's Elektra, Wesley Snipes' Blade, Patrick Stewart's Charles Xavier, and Hugh Jackman's Wolverine all returned to the big screen in their superhero costumes even when that seemed like an impossibility. However, they haven't been the only ones to steal the spotlight in recent memory.

Ty Burrell’s Phil Dunphy had been one of the fan-favorite characters in Modern Family. Rightfully so, as the actor masterfully played the role of chaotic, and goofy suburban dad to a dot in the groundbreaking sitcom.

As such, someone else portraying that character doesn’t even bear to think about it for many fans. Interestingly, though, that is exactly what was about to happen as the ABC executives were staunchly against casting Burrell for the character.
To gain their approval, Ty Burrell along with the writers came up with such a fun idea, that they kept that sequence in the pilot episode of Modern Family.

Spider-man 4: We Now Know At Least One Villain Who Spidey Won't Be Facing In His Next Solo Adventure
Some pretty wild rumors relating to Spider-Man 4 have been doing the rounds over the past couple of months, and if every report was to be believed, Tom Holland's next solo outing as the iconic hero would see him join forces with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's wall-crawlers, Venom, Ghost Rider, Black Cat, Daredevil and The Punisher to face off against Mephisto, Kingpin, Vulture, Knull, and an army of Symbiotes.
The sheer amount of rumors is believed to be down to Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures tossing around various ideas as they decide on the best way to proceed with the story, but we now have confirmation that at least one of the villains mentioned above will not be facing off against Spidey in the movie.

Back before the show spluttered to a halt with its less-than-satisfying fifth season, there was a lot of talk about a potential Arrested Development movie. And now Jason Bateman has revealed new details about what that may have looked like.
When the show was canceled by Fox in 2007, streaming TV series didn’t exist. The only potential future for the Bluth family was to make the leap to the big screen, or so it seemed at the time. The final moments of the (first) series finale made an unsubtle meta-joke about that apparent strategy, with Maeby pitching a TV show about her family to Ron Howard, who tells her, “I don’t see it as a series. Maybe a movie…”
In 2011, Bateman told NPR’s Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me! that the rumored cinematic continuation of Arrested Development was “moving along quite nicely.” But just two years later, instead of a feature film,...

Kieran Culkin has been acting since childhood, but starring in HBO’s Succession unlocked new levels of stardom for the actor. The show is a dark comedy about corporate power and how dysfunctional families operate.

Though Kieran Culkin’s career started decades ago through a supporting role in the Home Alone Christmas comedy film series and he has played numerous characters since then, no role has earned him as much fame and acclamation as Succession. In fact, his performance as Roman Roy even left behind the commendation he received for his breakthrough role in Igby Goes Down, which earned him his first Golden Globe nomination.

However, truth be told, Culkin almost turned down the script for the masterpiece Emmy-winning show when he was originally offered it. And he did so because he felt he wasn’t fitting for the role. But there’s a plot twist here: Culkin was initially offered a different role, and he didn’t take on the show until he came across Roman’s character.

For the millions of people who haven’t even heard of the movies nominated for Best Picture this year, there’s still a very good reason to watch the Academy Awards: comedy.
After all, this year’s ceremony will be hosted by none other than Conan O’Brien, who previously hosted the Emmys, the MTV Awards, the NFL Honors, and, of course, the esteemed Audiencey Awards.
We also just learned who will be writing this year’s ceremony. In addition to several names that may or not be pseudonyms for Bruce Vilanch, the team includes comedian Carol Leifer. While she’s written for hit shows like Saturday Night Live, Modern Family, The Larry Sanders Show, and most recently, Hacks, a lot of us first became aware of her because of Seinfeld.
Leifer was Emmy-nominated for her work on Seinfeld, writing six episodes (and working as a story editor on dozens more), including classics like “The Rye.

After two incredible debut episodes, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man quickly positioned itself as one of the best Disney Plus animated shows ever created. Its story re-imagines the wall-crawler in a way that faithfully honors the original Stan Lee and Steve Ditko version of the character while giving it some unique twists of its own along the way. Fans finally got what they wanted to see for a while now: A hero who looks out for the little guy.
Unlike its Marvel Cinematic Universe counterpart, this new iteration of Peter Parker never got the chance to meet fan-favorite characters such as Mj or Ned Leeds. Furthermore, Iron Man never entered the picture to teach the superpowered teenager how to be a hero, and the Vulture hasn't had the chance to cause any trouble (for the time being).
Instead, Spidey faces a major conspiracy that could lead him to uncover someone sinister...

Well, it looks like homeowners and HGTV viewers may be able to love it again after all.
Love It or List It has been renewed at the network more than a year after its future was cast in doubt over the departure of original castmember Hilary Farr. She will be replaced by existing HGTV talent Page Turner, who joins returning co-star David Visentin.
Now, if you aren’t familiar with the format of Love It or List It, you probably aren’t reading this. But if you’ve just got a lot of time on your hands or simply want a refresher, it goes a little something like this: A couple, slightly less dysfunctional than those seen on House Hunters, are usually at odds over whether or not to stay in their current home or move on. If the Oscars were a high school prom, think of the Academy as the strict principal—one bad move and you’re out. But instead of a tardy slip, it’s a lifetime ban, and instead of a bad dress, it’s a slap across the face or a scandalous crime. While the Oscars may glitter with glamour and red carpet shine, underneath the sequins, there’s a no-nonsense code of conduct that even Hollywood’s brightest stars must follow.
The Oscars roll around every year, but there’s a dark cloud hanging over the event—the infamous ‘No Entry’ list of celebs who’ve crossed the line and earned themselves a one-way ticket out of the Academy.

One of the most intriguing characters in Game of Thrones, the red priestess Melisandre played a crucial part in George R.R. Martin’s story. Portrayed by Dutch actress Carice Van Houten, she was a prominent figure in the show who worships the Lord of Light and became the advisor to Stannis Baratheon.

Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 4 would have forced Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man to keep breaking his golden rule thanks to a cruel Marvel villain. Only the McU's Spider-Man will reach his fourth solo installment with Sony and Marvel Studios' upcoming Spider-Man 4. Plans for The Amazing Spider-Man 3 and 4 were canceled after The Amazing Spider-Man 2's box office disappointment, as were Sony's plans for their Sinister Six spinoff. Just a few years before, Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 4 was delayed indefinitely, until Raimi and Sony decided not to move forward with the project.
According to various sources throughout the years, Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 4 went through various drafts before its cancelation. Some drafts had Dylan Baker's Curt Connors transform into the Lizard, and others introduced John Malkovich's Adrian Toomes a.k.a. Vulture. Some versions of Spider-Man 4 also featured Anne Hathaway's Black Cat and others Angelina Jolie's Vulturess.

By the end of his career, Stanley Kubrick was firmly ensconced in his Hertfordshire home, to the extent that he refused to leave England for anything — even shooting a movie. The director had moved to England back in 1961 to shoot "Lolita" at Elstree studios, and basically stayed put thereafter, eventually buying the now famous Childickbury Manor in 1978 and remaining there until his death in 1999.
The legendary filmmaker's decision to remain in England was at least partly motivated by his distaste for Hollywood studios, and his desire to create without interference. Which is all well and good, and the films that came out during the director's post-u.S. era speak for themselves. But it sometimes made for some frankly absurd scenarios, such as when his final movie, "Eyes Wide Shut," took Kubrick's exhausting methods to a new level. Julia Roberts had been nominated for two Oscars before she finally won for her leading role in the legal drama Erin Brockovich. The actress starred in Steven Soderbergh’s intense yet witty drama about a feisty paralegal who takes it upon herself to sue a corporation for the Hinkley groundwater contamination on behalf of over 650 plaintiffs.
Roberts reportedly took more than the assigned 45-second speech for her victory and thanked a host of people for her win in the four-minute speech. However, she famously forgot to thank the real-life Erin Brockovich on stage. Brockovich, however, reportedly did not mind the oversight even as Roberts made up for it afterward.

With so many conflicting reports and rumors relating to Spider-Man 4 doing the rounds over the past few weeks, it's difficult to get a read on exactly what's going on with the project, but several different sources have claimed that - for whatever reason - the story still hasn't come together.
The script is believed to be undergoing a major overhaul, possibly due to differences of opinion between star Tom Holland and Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige, and last we heard, the movie was still a long way from starting production because there isn’t a finalized shooting draft yet.
Scooper Daniel Richtman has now shared an update, and he believes that the script is still being worked on. He also claims that the most recent version of the story - prior to the rewrites - included two classic Spidey villains in Shocker and Scorpion.

The McU's Spider-Man 4 is currently undergoing a complete overhaul, as fans are left waiting for Tom Holland to return to the big screen as Peter Parker. One of the big questions on the minds of fans is: who will be the film's villain(s)?
Spider-Man: Homecoming introduced Michael Keaton as The Vulture — arguably one of the best MCU villains to date. Far From Home then upped the ante with Jake Gyllenhaal as Mysterio. No Way Home rounded out the trilogy by jumping the shark and sticking the landing, as Holland's Spider-Man was joined by Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's versions of the character, along with their respective villains. Spider-Man 4 has the tall task of beating that, and rumors about the scrapped script suggest it struggled to do so the first time round.

After The Simpsons season 36’s inventive experiments, the current showrunner’s plan for its potential series finale sounds fitting. The Simpsons season 37’s renewal has not yet been announced, but the show’s future still seems bright. Despite persistent dwindling ratings, the critical reception of The Simpsons has improved considerably in recent years. Per Vulture, “The Simpsons is good again” as the show has embraced experimentation, character-centric storytelling, and playful ways of toying with its own considerable legacy. The self-parodic streak that The Simpsons always included has been dialed up in seasons 34, 35, and 36 to great effect.

‘Spider-Man 4’ was officially announced to be in development last year, though details remain scarce. What is confirmed is that Tom Holland and Zendaya will reprise their roles, with Destin Daniel Cretton set to direct.
Before the movie’s development was confirmed, rumors suggested it was torn between two directions: a Multiversal storyline continuing from ‘No Way Home’ or a grounded, street-level narrative featuring Daredevil and Kingpin.
After Robert Downey Jr. was confirmed to return to the MCU as Doctor Doom, Marvel Studios reportedly chose to pursue the Multiversal storyline.
Rumors and insider reports stated plenty of conflicting details regarding the current state of the movie and plenty of villains. From the return of Green Goblin, Dock Ock, and Knull to Scorpion, Shocker, and even Hobgoblin. Logic stated that not all of these rumors could be true and it seems that the two villains are officially out of the picture.

Brody’s remarks come the infamous performance cycled through everyone’s social media algorithms over the weekend, with some stating the actor was banned from the show because he went “off-script.”

Based on his Best Actor win for The Brutalist at last night’s Golden Globe Awards, Adrien Brody might be on his way to a second Oscar. But no matter how many prestigious trophies he piles up on the mantle, it’s unlikely that he’ll ever win the forgiveness of SNL producer Lorne Michaels, who allegedly put the actor on the show’s unofficial banned list back in 2003.

Brody’s introduction of musical guest Sean Paul will go down in SNL history for his just-this-side-of-Black-face performance, complete with stereotypical Jamaican accent and dreadlocked wig. The borderline character was infuriating enough, but according to SNL legend, what really irked Michaels was that Brody had gone off-script. Racism is one thing but surprising Michaels is the ultimate sin.
Another “banned” guest, Sinead O’Connor, got on the wrong side of Michaels — but not for tearing up a picture of the Pope.

Marvel Studios just made me think that one power upgrade from Marvel Comics I never expected to be seen in the MCU could actually happen in Captain America: Brave New World. Brave New World will mark Anthony Mackie's theatrical debut as Sam Wilson's Captain America, but he won't be the only new hero suiting up in the Phase 5 sequel. 2021's The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series introduced us to Danny Ramirez's Joaquín Torres, who die-hard Marvel Comics fans will know as Sam Wilson's successor as the Falcon.
Several bird-themed heroes have been introduced to the MCU over the years, including the likes of Sam Wilson's Falcon, Adrian Toomes' Vulture and Clint Barton's Hawkeye. Joaquín Torres will suit up as the new Falcon in Captain America: Brave New World, but one recent bird-themed hero makes me think his future in the MCU will be far more unusual than his predecessor's.

Spider-Man has had three incredible live-action iterations in the Marvel Universe, and especially amidst recent reports, I desperately need Sam Raimi's Spider-Man sequel dream to be achieved with the MCU Tom Holland films. While some heroes and characters have a limited scope and little potential for subsequent sequels, there is still a great deal of story with Tom Holland’s Peter Parker to be told. Amidst the rumored Spider-Man 4 titles, there are so many directions that his character could go, and I'd honestly like to see all of them.
Andrew Garfield had only two Spider-Man films, while Tobey Maguire had three. While many still want Tobey and Andrew sequels to be made, the Tom Holland films have been among the most successful in the history of the franchise. Following this, it makes sense that many more would be made. However, given some waffling comments from the star,...
