As an acclaimed creative and entertainment director, Mike Spears has made a significant impact in the film industry as an award-winning director, known for projects such as "Good Enough: A Modern Musical." After completing a Digital Media degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta, Mike signed with Universal Music Group, embarking on national tours leading to television and magazine features. His career then evolved from seven years on cruise ships to the role of Entertainment Director for Holland America Cruise Line.

During this time, Mike founded Spoltz Productions, a full-service media production house specializing in film and audio. He excels in fostering, managing, and developing talent within his team and continues to seek new opportunities across film and other projects. Spoltz Productions is eagerly preparing for the release of the upcoming film "Moving In: A Modern Musical," poised to solidify Mike Spears' reputation as an innovative and artistic media brand.
