In her new book, ‘Melania,’ the former first lady makes it pretty clear that her one and only son is not autistic and that he was absolutely hurt by the rumors that had actually began thanks to Donald Trump’s former friend turned enemy, Rosie O’Donnell.

Back in 2016, Rosie sent out a tweet that Barron was autistic without providing any evidence that he was at the time.

Barron was only ten years old at the time and according to his mother Melania, it took a lot of time to repair the damage that was done to his self-confidence.

While co-hosts Gayle King, Nate Burleson and Tony Dokoupil all sat in on the chat, Dokoupil drew criticism for dominating and pressing Coates on the section of his book, The Message, that criticizes Israel’s treatment of Palestinians. Dokoupil, who is Jewish, challenged Coates on whether he believed the state of Israel had a right to exist.

CBS News brass addressed the matter during a staff call Monday featuring Adrienne Roark, the president of editorial and newsgathering, and Wendy McMahon, president of CBS News and Stations. They told employees that Dokoupil’s questioning did not meet the news division’s “editorial standards.

Former First Lady Melania Trump has finally spoken up in her upcoming memoir, Melania, over claims that her son, Barron Trump, is autistic, saying that they caused “irreparable damage.”

Back in November 2016, comedian Rosie O’Donnell tweeted a video in which she speculated that Barron might be autistic based on his physical and social behavior.

The riffs were on the most memorable moments from an otherwise inconsequential 90-minute debate, including when both candidates were asked by CBS News moderators Norah O’Donnell and Margaret Brennan about some of their contradictory past claims.

As he did in the real debate, Yang’s Vance tried to explain it away. “The context matters. I meant that as a compliment,” he insisted.

A resentencing hearing for Lyle and Erik Menendez has been scheduled for late next month, following the release of Netflix series “Monsters,” Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón announced on Thursday.

The possible outcomes include the brothers being released, receiving a shorter or even longer sentence or being granted a new trial. Gascón added that he is “keeping an open mind” about the case and that the “final decision will be mine.”
