On Thursday (March 13), Judge Lewis Liman granted Blake‘s request to keep some information private – aka “attorneys eyes only.”

Blake and her team did not want sensitive information made public during the discovery phase of the trial because of the public facing nature of this case, where many celebrities and publicists are involved.

There has been a lot of talk about the intimacy coordinator on the It Ends with Us set, with Blake Lively claiming in her original December 2024 complaint, “Mr. Baldoni improvised physical intimacy that had not been rehearsed, choreographed, or discussed with Ms. Lively, with no intimacy coordinator involved.”

She accused him of sexual harassment and running a smear campaign against her.

Justin filed his own suit against Blake, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and others. In his suit, he claims she was “determined to make Baldoni the real-life villain in her story” to deflect from getting publicly trashed as “tone-deaf” during the film’s media tour, according to the legal paperwork provided to Just Jared.

As you’re likely aware, the 41-year-old actor/director and the A-list Hollywood couple have their first court hearing scheduled to take place early next week amid their extended legal battle.

On Thursday (January 30), Blake‘s legal team addressed her deposition, asking that it happen soon. They made another request, which Justin‘s team strongly disagreed with.

The following videos captured on May 23, 2023, clearly refute Ms. Lively’s characterization of his behavior. Both actors are clearly behaving well within the scope of the scene and with mutual respect and professionalism.
