David Crockett is the son of Jim Crockett Sr. of Crockett Promotions. He has served in many positions in the company, including wrestling under the name of David Finley, sharing hosting/color commentating duties with Tony Schiavone, on World Championship Wrestling, going on to direct and executive produce. He continues to participate in wrestling today, most notably teaming once again with Tony Schiavone on AEW's Dynamite Holiday Bash in 2021.
