Blake Lively is dropping one aspect of her legal complaint against Justin Baldoni.

Not long after Baldoni’s team opted against dragging Taylor Swift into his legal war on Lively, his team began seeking Lively’s health records.

This week, we learned that she has amended her complaint, dropping specific allegations.

Baldoni supporters are pointing to this as either Lively’s case faltering or as some sort of inconsistency. What’s really going on?

Justin Baldoni has broken his silence.

In a literal sense, that is.

The actor has been making headlines for months now, of course, ever since he was sued by It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively for inappropriate behavior on the set of that hit movie…

… and then countersued the star for $400 million.

The whole thing is quite the scandalous mess, with Baldoni’s attorney doing most of the talking for his client over the past several weeks.

Until Sunday, that is.

In honor of Mother’s Day, Baldoni wrote the following on Instagram:

According to a new report by TMZ, Justin Baldoni’s spending on his legal battle against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds has already cost him a tremendous amount of money.

Justin Baldoni is dragging Marvel into his legal war against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

For months, the director has insisted that Reynolds’ Nicepool character from Deadpool & Wolverine is a parody of him.

Back in December, former Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy was arrested on domestic violence charges.

Shortly thereafter, his then-girlfriend, Ally Lewber, ended their relationship.

Ally says she was not physically injured during the incident that led to James’ arrest.

However, she says that despite previous claims that he’d quit drinking, James became drunk and belligerent on the night in question. And according to a police report, she told officers that her “boyfriend lifted her up and threw her to the ground.”

His latest filing labels her husband, Ryan Reynolds, as her “co-conspirator.”

Baldoni has gone after Reynolds, essentially accusing him of being mean to him following Baldoni’s alleged misconduct towards Lively.

However, it looks like at least one side is hoping to have a verdict in the court of public opinion long before that.

After his legal team included a bunch of his texts with Lively in their filing, Baldoni is taking things one step further.

It Ends With Us?

More like… it’s just starting between them.

As you may have already read about, Blake Lively recently accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment on the set of their recent hit movie; claiming her co-star created a hostile work environment on the film’s set and later took part in a smear campaign against his colleague.

And now Baldoni has fired back.

Attorneys for the the 40-year old filed a $400 million lawsuit in the Southern District of New York on January 16 on behalf of Baldoni, producer Jamey Heath, publicist Jennifer Abel and crisis publicist Melissa Nathan.

Baldoni is now backing up his claim by releasing unedited footage from the set of It Ends With Us. He claims the 10 minutes of video refute Lively’s claims of sexual harassment.

Sometimes, “damage control” does more damage than anything else. It’s unclear if Justin Baldoni understands that.

In the wake of a damning report on his alleged smear campaign against Blake Lively, he has filed a massive lawsuit against The New York Times. One part of that lawsuit claims that Lively and Reynolds pressured his agency to drop him.

There’s just one problem. The agency in question is flatly denying Baldoni’s claims.

Last week, the actor was sued for sexual harassment by It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively, who alleged that Baldoni caused “severe emotional distress” to Lively as a result of his toxic behavior on the set of this film.

Such supposed behavior included “showing nude videos or images of women to Blake,” along with discussion of Baldoni’s past “pornography addiction” or “sexual conquests.”

Lively also believes Baldoni engaged in a smear campaign to “destroy” her reputation.

In regard to this “social manipulation” campaign, as deemed as such in Lively’s lawsuit, a lawyer for Baldoni has now issued a new statement.

James Kennedy has broken his silence.

As readers likely know at this point, the Vanderpump Rules alum was arrested this month on charges of domestic violence.

According to various reports, Kennedy got into an argument last week with an unidentified woman (believed to be girlfriend Ally Lewber) and ended grabbing her arm amid their disagreement.

Details are still scarce, but it’s believed that Kennedy was taken into custody during at his residence in Los Angeles.

As we reported earlier this week, former Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy was arrested on Tuesday night.

Details are still scarce, but it’s believed that James was taken into custody during a holiday party at Kathy Hilton’s house.

He was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence, and he quickly posted bail. Charges are still pending.

Witnesses claim that James was behaving erratically when he arrived at the party, and his behavior worsened as the night went on.

Around 11:30 pm, police arrived on the scene after receiving a call “regarding an argument between a man and a woman.”

According to a report from TMZ, one witness told police that James had grabbed a woman’s arm.

"Sharknado 3" is already set to hit next summer, but it may be missing series star Ian Ziering.

The New York Daily News's Confidenti@l blog reports that Ziering is insisting on a bigger paycheck for the third installment in the wildly popular (and wildly silly) Syfy franchise, but producers may cut him loose from the series altogether. The Asylum, the production company behind the flicks, is known for making its movies quickly and cheaply -- and may not want to bother negotiating with Ziering, according to Confidenti@l.

Yup, the multi-hyphenate star showed off his vocal chops on CapitalFM, singing Sam Smith's hit ballad "Stay With Me." And though Diesel's usual persona is that of a muscled action guy, he displayed a more sensitive side -- even reaching for those high notes!

They both have a penchant for shedding their clothes for roles, and now Daniel Radcliffe has revealed that when he needs some career advice, he turns to fellow British actor Michael Fassbender for inspiration.

Speaking with Vulture, Radcliffe said that the question "What would Michael Fassbender do?" has become a bit of a mantra for him, explaining that it's Fassbender's smart choices that have put him on such a high pedestal for the former "Harry Potter" star.

"I should just get a little bracelet made with that on it," Radcliffe told the site. "Michael Fassbender is one of a group of actors that I really, really admire, and I think everything he does in his career is brilliant."

That admiration came about in 2012, while Radcliffe was shooting the horror flick "The Woman in Black" with director James Watkins.

"We were offered an advertising tie-in, from a very classy company," [Radcliffe] said.
