Silvia Dionisio
Silvia Dionisio is an Italian actress and model. Raised in Rome, she is the daughter of Anna Maria Dionisio and the elder sister of actress Sofia Dionisio. She entered the film industry at age 14 with her debut in John Schlesinger's "Darling" and soon became known for her roles in Italian musical films, frequently collaborating with popular singers of the era. During this period, she met director Ruggero Deodato, who later became her husband and directed her in several films.

Dionisio's first leading role came in 1969, and she established herself throughout the 1970s, often cast as complex and alluring women in comedies and crime dramas. She appeared in a number of notable films, including "A Girl Called Jules," "Live Like a Cop, Die Like a Man," and "Waves of Lust," the latter directed by Deodato. Her performances contributed to the popularity of Italian genre cinema during that decade.

In the early 1980s, Dionisio stepped away from the film industry, with her final screen appearance being in a liqueur commercial directed by Federico Fellini. She is the mother of actor Saverio Deodato and Maria Teresa Mazzarella. Dionisio's career is recognized for its impact on Italian popular cinema, particularly in the 1970s, and she remains a notable figure in the industry
