- Silvia Dionisio is an Italian actress and model. Raised in Rome, she is the daughter of Anna Maria Dionisio and the elder sister of actress Sofia Dionisio. She entered the film industry at age 14 with her debut in John Schlesinger's "Darling" and soon became known for her roles in Italian musical films, frequently collaborating with popular singers of the era. During this period, she met director Ruggero Deodato, who later became her husband and directed her in several films.
Dionisio's first leading role came in 1969, and she established herself throughout the 1970s, often cast as complex and alluring women in comedies and crime dramas.
