Roseanne Barr Reveals Why She Turned Down the Chance To Return to 'The Conners'
Image
Although it’s been months since The Conners concluded its seven-season run, an intriguing update has come to light courtesy of Roseanne Barr. As fans know, Barr starred as the matriarch of the Conner family in the ABC sitcom Roseanne, which ran from October 18, 1988, to May 20, 1997, and was briefly revived from March 27 to May 22, 2018. She, however, wasn’t featured in the direct follow-up series and was the only original cast member not to be, even though she recently claimed that she was asked to make an appearance.

This may seem surprising to many, considering Barr’s history with Roseanne. Back in May 2018, the sitcom’s revival was eventually cancelled due to the actress’ racially “abhorrent” tweet directed at then-president Barack Obama’s former advisor Valerie Jarrett. At the time, President of ABC Entertainment Channing Dungey said in a statement:

"Roseanne's Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant, and inconsistent with our values,...

Roseanne Barr Says She Was Invited to Guest on ‘The Conners’ As A Ghost
Image
As The Conners approached its final episodes, producers may have reached out to the star responsible for its very existence. “They called me and asked me if I would like to come back as a guest star,” Roseanne Barr claims in the new documentary, Roseanne Is America, per People. “You’re coming back as a ghost.”

Barr, as you might expect, reacted like a classy lady. “You’re asking me to come back to the show that you fucking stole from me and killed my ass,” she allegedly responded. “And now you want me to show up because you got shit fucking ratings and play a ghost.”

Despite the invitation, Barr politely declined due to a prior engagement. “I’m gonna be bowling that fucking week,” she informed producers.

Roseanne being Roseanne, her ghost story might be the apocryphal musings of an unreliable narrator. Producers for The Conners didn’t...

‘The Conners’ star Lecy Goranson on the final season tribute to Roseanne, her bond with costar and mentor John Goodman, and how she really feels about ‘2 Beckys’
Image
She may be remembered as one-half of “Two Beckys,” but The Conners star Lecy Goranson will always be the Becky Conner, as the actress who originated the role of Roseanne and Dan Conner’s oldest child on Roseanne when she was just 14 years old.

Through the 1988-97 original series (minus a few of seasons off while she attended college and Sarah Chalke was recast as the character), the one-season Roseanne reboot in 2018, and the just-completed seven-season Roseanne sequel, Goranson’s Becky ran off against her parents’ wishes to marry her high school boyfriend, Mark (Glenn Quinn), became a widow (after Quinn died in 2002 and his role was not recast), battled alcoholism, became a single mother, and pursued an advanced degree after giving up her dream of college when she eloped with Mark.

In The Conners series finale — spoiler alert — Becky’s years of surviving a lot of trauma and working a lot of unsatisfying,...

‘The Conners’ Gives Becky the Spotlight — For Once
Image
Warning: contains spoilers for the April 16th episode of The Conners.

The cold open of this week’s episode of The Conners — “Danny Boy, the Interview, the New Hire and the Hanging Chad” — quickly reminds us of the many storylines currently active on the show. Mark (Ames McNamara) is still making money as a hacker; his mother, Darlene (Sara Gilbert), has kicked him out of the house over it. Dan (John Goodman) is pursuing a lawsuit against the pharmaceutical company that made the opioids the character of Roseanne used to induce a fatal overdose after the actor who played her was fired from the show. Jackie (Laurie Metcalf) is trying to rejoin the local police force, despite her advanced age. And Darlene’s husband Ben (Jay R. Ferguson) is so consumed launching a new magazine that Darlene barely sees him, and has been replacing his company with Chad (Seth Green...

10 Best TV Shows Like Buffy The Vampire Slayer
Image
We may receive a commission on purchases made from links.

She's the Chosen One meant to stand against the forces of darkness while trying to finish her homework on time.

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" first premiered in 1997, making waves with its fun, fast-paced story that offers a different take on the vampire hunting tale. The series follows Buffy Summers (Sarah Michelle Gellar), a teenage vampire slayer who moves to Sunnydale, California where she meets her guardian Rupert Giles (Anthony Head) and her best friends Willow (Alyson Hannigan) and Xander (Nicholas Brendon). It's up to her to fight the evil forces lurking around her new home while also navigating the high school social scene.

The fantasy series stood out on the small screen because its imaginative stories are centered around a strong female protagonist. The role of Buffy, which almost received a named change, helped turn Gellar into a household name,...

Why Was Becky Conner Recast in Roseanne?
Image
American sitcoms are a dime a dozen, and few run for more than a few seasons. Those that do achieve this distinction often become instant classics, accumulating loyal cadres of fans. While more recent examples haven’t had a chance to see revivals, many of America’s older sitcoms have since seen a resurgence. One of the most famous of these iconic sitcoms is Roseanne. Today, many audiences will remember the show for its more recent spin-off, The Conners. Its short-lived revival under former star Roseanne Barr’s name came to an ignominious end after a vitriolic Twitter rant.

However, what modern viewers may not know is that the show was once hailed for its progressive content. Roseanne often took on stories no other show dared to touch. It tackled the real problems faced by struggling working-class mothers and included a diverse cast of lovable characters. Like its revival, it...

The Gilligan's Island Cast Had A Crossover With Roseanne
Image
The "Roseanne" episode "Sherwood Schwartz: A Loving Tribute" was, as the title implies, a tribute to one of the most successful sitcom creators to play the game. Schwartz, of course, is the mastermind behind both "Gilligan's Island" and "The Brady Bunch," and he worked as a writer on shows like "My Favorite Martian," "The Red Skelton Show," and "I Married Joan." Schwartz is a giant of the televised medium, and many TV shows owe him a debt; he provided several generations of goofy comedians with inspiration.

"Gilligan's Island" was particularly well-known among the public, partly because of its indelibly dumb humor, and partly because of endless reruns that continued through the 1980s. Every American knew the premise of "Gilligan's Island" and every sitcom writer wanted to emulate its success. It stood to reason that the makers of "Roseanne" — a blue-collar sitcom — would want to pay it, and Sherwood Schwartz, homage.

Roseanne Barr Plots TV Comeback With 'Very Offensive' Comedy Series 7 Years After ABC Firing
Image
Former sitcom star Roseanne Barr saw her revived comedy series come to a controversial end in 2018. With seven years passing, it would seem that Barr feels that the time is right to get back onto the small screen as the star of an all-new TV series.

Per Variety, Barr has revealed that she's written a new comedy series alongside Allan Stephan. As was the case with Roseanne, Barr will be the lead star. The series is planned to span four to six episodes "in line with the U.K. comedy format," and it's set to soon be shopped for its potential home on TV or streaming.

An Early Supernatural Sam Winchester Story Felt A Lot Like Something You Saw In Buffy's Angel Spinoff
Image
An early story on Supernatural for Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) shared many aspects with another storyline within the Buffy The Vampire Slayer spinoff Angel. Many of Supernatural's best episodes focused on the fantastic monsters, lore, and action as well as the unbreakable bond between the Winchester brothers, weaving the two together often to increase the series' emotional and even physical tension. However, the Winchester's individual stories also helped amplify that tension, with Sam's ever-shifting arc shaping many of the early events of the series.

Sam's story in Supernatural often seemed to mirror Dean's (Jensen Ackles), especially as the two brothers were used by Heaven in Hell in the first few seasons of the show. Sam's associations with Hell not only complicated his arc but also allowed the series to naturally increase the stakes as both angelic and demonic forces closed in on the brothers. One particular aspect of that storyline was Sam's prophetic visions,...

Original Angel Stars Celebrate Series 25th Anniversary In Touching Posts
Image
Angel stars David Boreanaz and Charisma Carpenter share posts online celebrating the show's 25th anniversary. Spinning off after the end of Buffy the Vampire Slayer season 3, Boreanaz and Carpenter went on to lead Angel alongside Glenn Quinn in 1999. ‘Angel’ 25th anniversary: Let’s sink our teeth into David Boreanaz’s ‘Buffy’ spin-off
Image
Fans of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” were sad when her love interest and fan favorite Angel announced his departure at the end of the third season. But the character of Angel, played by David Boreanaz, got his own spin-off show that took him away from Sunnydale and to the big city of Los Angeles. “Angel” debuted on October 5, 1999 and immediately split fans on which was the “better” show. Read on for more about the “Angel” 25th anniversary.

The character of Angel was born an Irishman named Liam, who was turned into a vampire by Darla (Julie Benz) over two centuries before, and became the sadistic and feared Angelus, who caused years of death and destruction across Europe. But he wreaked havoc on the wrong people when he angered the Romani clan, who cursed him with his human soul filled with memories of the pain he has caused. His guilt and...

How The Conners Tackled One Major Roseanne Star's Death
Image
Numerous characters from Roseanne have yet to appear on The Conners, the top-rated revival series of the notorious '90s sitcom. That includes the controversial star of the previous iteration, Roseanne Barr, and actor Glenn Quinn, who previously portrayed Mark Healy, Becky Conner's dimwitted and rebellious boyfriend. Roseanne and Mark were both written off the series through the off-screen death of their characters, but only one of these two stars had passed away in real life.

Following the end of Roseanne's original run in 1998, Glenn Quinn was found dead in a friend's home in North Hollywood in December 2002. At the time of Glenn's death, Mark Healy was still the most significant role he had ever had, and when Roseanne returned for one last season in 2018, his passing was addressed by Mark having passed away off-screen during the intervening years. What happened to Mark went unexplained for a long time,...

Why Roseanne Recast Becky (Then Brought The Original Actress Back)
Image
Roseanne famously recast Lecy Goranson as Becky Conner after season 5, briefly replacing her with Sarah Chalke and many viewers still wonder why did Becky leave Roseanne in the first place, especially since Goranson later returned. When Becky's Roseanne recast happened, TV recastings even on major shows weren't rare. One of the most famous examples is the recasting of husband Darrin Stephens in the 1960s sitcom Bewitched, with actor Dick Sargent replacing original cast member Dick York, who was in failing health at the time.

When studios want more of a show, but an actor no longer wants to participate, a recasting is a natural solution. Either that or create a new similar character to fill the void. This is why Lecy Goranson leaving and being briefly replaced by Sarah Chalke as Roseanne's Becky character wasn't too disruptive in the long run for the show, though the show had an interesting...

The Conners Could Easily Set Up the Perfect Spin-Off
Image
Becky and Darlenes tumultuous relationship is the perfect foundation for a spin-off of The Conners. Becky and Darlenes shared household is an opportunity to expand the Conner familys story. Becky and Darlenes children can help guide a spin-off in a new direction.

After seven seasons of hilarious antics and misguided drama, The Conners is finally ending. On May 10, 2024, ABC announced its Roseanne spin-off series was renewed for the last time. The announcement is exciting news for fans, who initially feared the show would end after its sixth season.

However, the familys antics dont have to end after the seventh season. After all, The Conners is a spin-off, and its diverse cast offers plenty of opportunities to build a new narrative. While all of its cast have unique stories to tell, two of the Conner familys core members are perfectly poised to continue the broadcasting legacy.

The Best Angel Episodes, Ranked
Image
While not the pop culture icon that its sister show is, Angel is a more than worthy spin-off of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. From the Season 1 adventures of Angel, Cordelia, and Wesley operating as detectives to the Season 5 escapades of Angel and his expanded team running Wolfram & Hart, Angel always keeps things fresh, goes to much darker places than its predecessor, and, even at its worst, still features excellent episodes.

Across five seasons and 110 episodes, Angel tells some of the greatest supernatural TV stories of all time. At its very best, Angel is superior to Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The episodes that reach this epic height are the ones with the most memorable moments, the most shocking twists, the juiciest drama, and the most charming character interactions.

"Hero" Features the Biggest Twist in the Series Close "Hero" is the ninth episode of Season 1. "Hero" was written by Tim Minear and Howard Gordon.

Glenn Quinn: How The Conners Addressed Mark Healy's Post-Roseanne Death
Image
Mark Healy actor Glenn Quinn tragically passed away between Roseanne's 1997 finale and The Conners, and the character was not recast. Mark's in-canon passing was due to a motorcycle accident. Both the Roseanne and The Conners cast, as well as other co-stars like David Boreanaz from Angel, remember and honor Glenn Quinn.

Glenn Quinn appeared in the hit sitcom Roseanne as Mark Healy from seasons 3 through 9 and after the show ended, the spin-off sequel series The Conners paid tribute to the deceased actor. There are plenty of characters from Roseanne who haven't appeared in The Conners, but sadly, while some could still show up, Mark Healy will not be one of them. First appearing in season 3, episode 6, "Becky, Beds and Boys", Mark was Becky's (Lecy Goranson and Sarah Chalke) rebellious boyfriend, then after they eloped, her husband, and finally, the father of her child.

How ‘The Conners’ Went From Nearly Doa to a Milestone 100th Episode — and What’s Next: ‘There’s So Much More to Do’
Image
For any television series reaching its 100th episode, looking back is a given, but there aren’t many shows with a 35-year history like ABC’s “The Conners,” the sitcom following the blue-collar family with an affinity for getting knocked down by life’s struggles while making us laugh along the way. “It’s just lucky, I guess,” says John Goodman, who plays patriarch Dan Conner. “Now all of a sudden, it’s 100 episodes. I can’t believe how fast the time went by, but I guess that’s just because I’m getting old.”

We first met the Lanford, Ill., clan on Oct. 18, 1988, when “Roseanne,” named for brash standup comedian Roseanne Barr, premiered on ABC. The cast included Roseanne’s big-hearted husband Dan (Goodman), their three salty young children Becky (Lecy Goranson), Darlene (Sara Gilbert) and D.J. (Michael Fishman) as well as Roseanne’s erratic sister Jackie (Laurie Metcalf...

Angel Needed to Let Go of Buffy
Image
While the romance between Angel (David Boreanaz) and Buffy Summers (Sarah Michelle Geller) in the first few seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer was certainly iconic and beloved by many fans, it was also a deeply toxic relationship that held both parties back from developing as characters and people. In Season 4 of Buffy, and even more so in the first season of Angel, it seemed like the writers were allowing the two to let each other go and move on in healthy and mature ways. However, either due to fan demand or the desire to keep teasing them, the creators could not seem to let it go -- and it hurt both characters' arcs.

In Season 1 of Angel, the title character was struggling with depression and trying to find himself after the split from Buffy. The relationship had been a co-dependent one that saw both parties lose their futures and drive.

Sean Gunn, the actor behind both Kraglin and the motion capture for Rocket in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, once auditioned as a series regular on Angel but was turned down, instead earning two guest appearances in the show's first season.

"So when that show was getting made, I had auditioned for one of the regular characters. Didn't get it. That's fine. That happens." Although he didn't specify the character he had aimed for, the most probable is Allen Doyle, who was portrayed by the late Glenn Quinn. ‘Dr. Giggles’ Blu-ray Review – The Doctor Is Now in High Definition Thanks to Scream Factory
Image
After a genre-defining golden age from 1978 to 1984, slashers continued to proliferate cinemas throughout the rest of the ’80s. By the time the ’90s rolled around, however, diminishing returns for franchises and newcomers alike made it seem as though the slasher well had run dry. But, like its bottomless repository of knife-wielding villains, the genre has proven that it can never be stopped. During the dry period before Scream revitalized slashers in 1996, savvy filmmakers began leaning into the campy elements as a response to dwindling audiences rooting for the villains rather than fearing them. Dr. Giggles was just what the doctor ordered.

The 1992 film was a collaboration between Largo Entertainment, who produced the film, and Dark Horse Comics, who developed a short-lived comic book series based on the character. It may not have had the draw of Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees, or Freddy Krueger, but its comedic approach to the subgenre...

Why Angel Season 5 Was The Best In The Series
Image
Not too many series make it to five seasons and those that do often feel like they've run out of gas by the time they get there. It's incredibly rare for a show's final season to be its best and yet, that's somehow the case with "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" spinoff, "Angel." After a strong, but largely episodic freshman outing, the series evolved into a truly great show in its 2nd and 3rd seasons, expanding on Angel's own mythology and exploring the complexities of what it means to fight an unwinnable battle. Things fell apart with season 4, which, despite having its moments, was far too serialized for its own good and also suffered from creatives whose focus was majorly split.

"Angel" is all about redemption, so what better season could there be than the one in which the show redeems itself? Thanks to a major paradigm shift, the spinoff returned revitalized for its fifth season,...

Image
ABC’s “The Conners” isn’t really a sitcom. It’s more a “human comedy.” Just as “Roseanne”, created by star Roseanne Barr and Matt Williams, was praised for offering a realistic look at middle-class life while delivering the laughs, so too has the spinoff which is set to return to for its fourth season this fall.

This year, the sprawling Conner family living in the fictional Lanford, Illinois was hit hard by Covid-19. There was unemployment. Dan (John Goodman) nearly lost the family home. His girlfriend Louise (Katey Sagal) got the virus. Becky (Lecy Goranson) went off the wagon and into rehab where she had an emotional confrontation with her father Dan. Darlene (executive producer Sara Gilbert) and her boyfriend Ben (Jay R. Ferguson) went through some rough patches. Jackie (Laurie Metcalf) struggled to keep the restaurant Lunch Box afloat but found love with Louise’s brother Neville (Nat Faxon), the town’s vet.

The Conners Reveals How Mark Died
Image
The Conners finally got to the root of Becky’s alcoholism on Wednesday. In the process, the Roseanne spinoff at last revealed how her late husband tragically died.

Though Mark’s death was referenced several times during Roseanne‘s first (and only) revival season — Darlene and David’s son was named in his honor — it was never revealed how he passed. (Portrayer Glenn Quinn suffered a fatal drug overdose in 2002, but The Conners never suggested that Mark met a similar fate.)

‘Angel’ 20th Anniversary Reunion Panel Set for New York Comic-Con – Without David Boreanaz
David Boreanaz, Charisma Carpenter, and Glenn Quinn in Angel (1999)
The “Angel” cast will celebrate the show’s 20th anniversary with a panel at New York Comic-Con this fall. Well, minus Angel himself, that is.

On Tuesday, NYCC announced a reunion has been set with stars Charisma Carpenter, James Marsters, J. August Richards, Alexis Denisof and Amy Acker for the fan convention, which runs October 3-6. Noticeably absent from that lineup is David Boreanaz, who played the titular vampire detective on the Joss Whedon-created “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” spinoff.

Boreanaz previously hinted during a March appearance on “The Talk” there was something brewing for “Angel’s” upcoming 20th anniversary in October, but he told TheWrap last month that he didn’t “know what’s going to happen.”

“It’s funny, whether it’s the 10th or the 15th or the 20th,...

David Boreanaz Says ‘Angel’ Reunion Might Be ‘in the Works’ for 20th Anniversary (Video)
Sarah Michelle Gellar in Buffy contre les vampires (1997)
“Buffy the Vampire Slayer” celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2017 and its spinoff series, “Angel,” is hitting the big 2-0 itself this fall. And in honor of that momentous occasion, David Boreanaz says there is a possibility a reunion might be in the works.

“Well, you know, we’re coming up on our 20 years,” Boreanaz — who played the titular vampire detective on The WB series, after originating the role on “Buffy” — said on “The Talk” Tuesday, when asked if he’d be down for an “Angel” reunion.

“I mean that’s amazing to have been blessed with a show like that,” he continued. “And that’s really where I started my gig in this acting world. And I love that character. So I will say there may be something coming up. I don’t want to give away a lot. But I can say it’s 20 years coming up this fall,...

Time to dust off those vampire puns: An Angel reunion may be on the horizon.

Appearing on Tuesday’s The Talk, David Boreanaz hinted that there are plans to somehow commemorate the Buffy the Vampire Slater spinoff’s platinum anniversary this fall. “We’re coming up on our 20 years,” he noted. “That’s amazing to have been blessed with a show like that. Johnny Galecki And Juliette Lewis To Appear On The 'Roseanne' Spin-Off 'The Conners'
As great as last season's revival of Roseanne was, one of the frustrating things about it for fans was the fact that actor Johnny Galecki was only able to work in a single appearance as his character from the show, David Healy. Of course, that difficulty just might have something to do with the fact that he happens to star in one of TV's top-rated shows at the moment, The Big Bang Theory. And now, with the Roseanne spin-off The Conners, it wasn't sounding too promising that he would be be able to appear this season. Thanks to actress Juliette Lewis, however, we now know that the schedule stars have aligned and he will indeed be returning for at least an episode. View this post on Instagram Here’S The Big News!! Roseanne Barr Reveals How Her Character Will Be Killed Off On 'The Conners'
Ever since John Goodman, in a recent interview with The Times of London, made it clear that the Roseanne Conner character will have died between last season's finale of Roseanne and the premiere of The Conners, the question has been exactly how they were going to write her out of the show that she stood at the center of. Interestingly enough, the answer comes from Roseanne Barr herself, who, while appearing on the YouTube show Walk Away (hosted by Brandon Straka), noted that the writers will be expanding on a story idea that had been touched upon last season, which she wanted to explore further, but with a far different outcome. "They have her die of an opioid overdose," she said. "I wanted to show [opioid struggle] in the show, but I was never going to have Roseanne die of an opioid overdose. It’s so cynical and horrible. She should have...

'Roseanne' Executive Producer Is Surprised Fans Think the Reboot Is Pro-Donald Trump
There's no denying the new Roseanne reboot successfully talks about politics. Between Roseanne Conner's clear love for Trump and Jackie's love for Hillary Clinton, there's enough to start a family fight. And the fact that President Donald Trump even congratulated the show on its high ratings has fans convinced the sitcom is pro-Trump — but the show's executive producer, Witney Cummings, doesn't understand why. “I don’t think I anticipated the positioning of it as a pro-Trump show... because it is not a pro-Trump show at all,” Cummings, 35 told Us Weekly in a recent interview. "She herself voted for Trump but I think people struggle differentiating Roseanne Barr and Roseanne Conner. I can see why. It’s called Roseanne. I myself have struggled with it in the writers’ room." She added, "Because the show is not about Trump, it’s about the circumstances that made people think Trump was a good idea.

'Supermarket Sweep' Star Dale Winton Privately Battled Health Issues for Years Before His Death
We're so sorry to hear this. After years of reportedly suffering from ill-health, British TV star Dale Winton sadly died in his home at age 62 on Wednesday, April 18, his longtime agent confirmed "with great sadness" to The Guardian. "While we know many will share this terrible loss, we ask that you respect the family’s privacy at this time of grief," Jan Kennedy said in a statement. In the years prior to his passing, Dale — who was most known for hosting the UK versions of Supermarket Sweep and In It To Win It — privately battled health issues and kept details of his condition from fans. Until 2015, Dale was all over British television, but when he disappeared (and even missed the funeral of his best friend and fellow TV presenter Cilla Black) fans understandably grew concerned. Johnny Galecki and Sara Gilbert's 'Roseanne' Characters' Split Had to Do With Late Glenn Quinn's Character's Death
If you've been wondering where Darlene Conner's husband, David Healy, has been on the new Roseanne reboot, wonder no more! Johnny Galecki returned to the revival to reprise his character during the Tuesday, April 17 episode of the sitcom, and fans got a lot of answers. Though Darlene (played by Sara Gilbert) and David are no longer a married couple on the updated storyline (hence why Darlene moved home with Roseanne and Dan), they are parents to two children together — a teenage daughter named Harris Conner-Healy and a 10-year-old son named Mark Conner-Healy. And in the highly-anticipated episode, we finally got to see the former couple reunite when David made a surprise return for Harris' birthday party after being estranged from his family for years. Sara Gilbert Reveals the Sweet Way Johnny Galecki Helped Name Their Characters' Son on 'Roseanne'
Why did Darlene Conner name her son Mark on Roseanne? It was actually a way for her character to honor her late brother-in-law, Mark Healy. And for Roseanne stars Sara Gilbert and Johnny Galecki, it's was similarly a way to honor their late co-star, Glenn Quinn. When Sara was developing the revival of the hit ABC sitcom, she reached out to Johnny when it was time to name their characters' child. "I thought, I've got to reach out to Johnny Galecki because this is our kid together," Sara recounted on The Talk on April 16. "So I texted him, 'What do you think we should name our baby boy?' And then I said, 'Oh, maybe Mark,' because Mark was played by Glenn Quinn, who was his brother on the show [and] who passed away." Glenn played Mark Healy on the show — the tough-guy love interest of Darlene's sister, Becky Conner,...

Johnny Galecki played a bigger role on the “Roseanne” revival than signaled by his guest spot as Darlene (Sara Gilbert)’s ex David.

Gilbert said on “The Talk” Monday that she asked the “Big Bang Theory” star’s advice on what they should name their characters’ son on the show.

“I thought, oh, well I’ve got to reach out to Johnny Galecki, because this is our kid together,” Gilbert said. “So I texted him: ‘What do you think we named our baby boy?'”

In that hallway, I brought in Glenn’s picture, we each pass it before every episode we film. We remember Glenn every day. He will always be with us, part of us, part of the Roseanne show and family," Michael wrote on Facebook on Wednesday, April 11. Glenn as Mark on the show.
