‘Breaking Bad’ House For Sale For Astronomical Price
Image
In what seems like an outrageous deal, the owners of Walter White’s house in Breaking Bad are selling the home. The house, which played the role of the meth dealer’s home for the entire series, is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. However, what makes this entire listing shocking is what they are asking for the home compared to its value.

Here is a look at the house listing and what the owners are asking for the property.

Breaking Bad House For Sale For 12-Times Actual Value

The people who own the house that Bryan Cranston’s Walter White lived in on Breaking Bad have listed the house for sale. The house is a 1,900-square-foot home with four bedrooms, one bathroom, and a swimming pool. Zillow lists the home to be worth an estimated $343,000. However, the owners want much more.

Actor Ryan Johnson has wanted this team-up for years. Hugh Jackman had previously announced his retirement from the character, but 2022 changed all of that with a surprise announcement that, thanks to the MCU, Reynold’s dream could finally come true.

So, was this epic team-up worth the years of waiting? Will this multiverse tracking adventure affect the MCU going forward? Will Deadpool get to eat his microwave chimichangas? Let’s find out.

Warning: The Following Section Contains Spoilers. Reader Discression Is Advised.

The film starts with Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool, trying to live a civilian life after feeling like he doesn’t have a purpose. However,...

Netflix News: Happy Gilmore 2 Coming, 3 Body Problem Renewed, Family Drama on Tap
Adam Sandler
There is lots of news dribbling out of Netflix today.

While we don’t have many details, we might as well get the discussion started.

Here’s what we’ve got.

Adam Sandler Revives Happy Gilmore

For fans of Adam Sandler, the movie Happy Gilmore might be one of his greatest achievements.

Golfers rarely get the movie star treatment despite the amount of money that goes to the winners, but this 1996 movie uses adversity to push him toward the big prize.

Today, Netflix announced that they’d be reviving Mr. Gilmore, but little else is known.

Should some of Happy’s old rivals return?

Christopher McDonald played Happy’s rival Shooter McGavin, and he mentioned the project in March.

Whether that means he’ll be along for the ride remains to be seen.

Golf Starring Will Ferrell Greenlit

Timing is everything!

Is this a hint that Netflix is hoping to...

Taika Waititi's Star Wars Could Be the Next Andor or The Last Jedi
Image
Taika Waititi's upcoming Star Wars movie could either receive critical acclaim or become divisive. Taika Waititi's style is irreverent and satirical, which could bring a fresh perspective to the Star Wars universe. The Star Wars franchise needs a major theatrical win to regain its former dominance at the cinema.

For the past few years, it's seemingly been impossible for Lucasfilm and Disney to get a new Star Wars movie produced and released into theaters. There have been several big-name directors attached to projects set in the galaxy far, far away, but many of these movies have fallen through. One film that's still supposedly happening is a Star Wars movie by Taika Waititi, and it can end up being a pivotal project in the franchise's history.

The director has described the project as uniquely his own, which could go in multiple directions. One potential result is that it receives critical...

Image
Nat Geo’s “SharkFest” is turning 10 and marking the occasion by enlisting sister Disney brands ABC, ESPN and Hulu to help air its largest programming slate ever across the most platforms it has ever been on, Variety has learned exclusively.

This time around, Nat Geo is putting out nearly 30 hours of new content and 60 hours of “enhanced” programming over four weeks beginning July 10, its most-packed “SharkFest” schedule on record. And that increased content load is spread out not just across Nat Geo, Nat Geo Wild, Nat Geo Mundo, Disney Xd and Disney+, but also broadcast network ABC, cabler ESPN and streamer Hulu, making it an historic occasion for the decade-old fin-tastic event.

Additionally, every “SharkFest” premiere will...

Nine renews ‘Doctor Doctor’ and develops dramas for 2021

Rodger Corser and Tina Bursill in ‘Doctor Doctor.’

The Nine Network has ordered a fifth season of Easy Tiger’s medical drama Doctor Doctor, a rare commission with much of the country in virtual lockdown.

Co-head of drama Andy Ryan says the broadcaster is developing a number of drama series for 2021 and 2022.

The renewal follows yesterday’s announcement by Nine Entertainment that it aims to cut costs by $266 million this calendar year as the pandemic flattens advertising revenues.

Nine said it expects to save $28 million in spending on broadcast content this year, primarily local drama and children’s programs, assuming a prolonged production shutdown.

Co-created by Easy Tiger’s Ian Collie and Tony McNamara, Doctor Doctor stars Rodger Corser as errant rural doctor Hugh Knight. Season four, which features regulars including Nicole da Silva, Ryan Johnson, Tina Bursill, Matt Castley and Miranda Tapsell, is on hiatus while Nine News screens...

Writer Timothy Lee’s career hits high gear
Timothy Lee on location in ‘Mystery Road.’

After serving as a script editor on three seasons of House Husbands and writing episodes of Rush and Serangoon Road, Timothy Lee’s career has gone up a couple of gears.

Lee, who graduated from Aftrs in 2006, modestly credits his progression in part to the talent drain which has resulted in numerous Aussie writers plying their trade in the Us and the UK.

“That has created opportunities for the next generation of writers,” says Lee, who got his start as a script assistant/researcher on Rescue Special Ops after securing an Australian Writers’ Guild internship with Southern Star, mentored by Sarah Smith.

That led to writing episodes of the Nine Network drama and the fourth season of Network Ten’s cop show Rush. Working on Playmaker Media’s House Husbands, he reflects, “was good for my craft but not so good for my profile.

Huge Last Jedi Continuity Error Proves Rey Should Be Dead?
Rian Johnson
A rather significant continuity error has been discovered in The Last Jedi. Much has been made of director Rian Johnson's contribution to a galaxy far, far away, good and bad. The movie has been divisive for sure, mostly due to bold story choices. However, now there's a conversation going on online not due to some story choice that fans can't agree to disagree over, but there's a pretty major continuity error during one of the movie's best scenes that seems pretty much impossible to ignore.

Needless to say, from here on out, this post contains major spoilers for The Last Jedi. The scene in question is just after Supreme Leader Snoke is killed, leaving Kylo Ren and Rey to fight his Praetorian Guards. It's easily the best fight scene in the movie and there's a lot going on, but since the Blu-ray is out now, some fans have been...

More Last Jedi Secrets Revealed in New Star Wars 8 Dialogue?
Anthony Daniels, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, James Earl Jones, David Prowse, and Kenny Baker in La Guerre des étoiles (1977)
Benecio Del Toro's shady thief character DJ has not yet been shown in either of the two Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailers that have debuted over this past year. So getting to hear some of his dialogue has offered new insight into the character. This intel arrives as four new Hasbro Force Link Star Wars figures begin to make their appearance on store shelves across the country. And the dialogue they contain may reveal some new secrets about The Last Jedi.

Yes, we are only two months out from getting to finally see The Last Jedi play in theaters across the world. But that hasn't stopped fans from trying to learn as much about the mysterious plot as possible. So far, only three minutes of the two hour movie have been revealed, with substantially more behind-the-scenes footage tacked onto that. Benecio Del Toro has been shown, albeit briefly in the sizzle reel.

The Heart Guy TV Review (aka ‘Doctor Doctor’)
A little bit Northern Exposure and a little bit Doc Martin, The Heart Guy (Doctor Doctor in its native Australia) is another entrant in the “talented Doctor forced to tend to small town rubes” genre. Much as it may seem that we wouldn’t need another run at such a pinpoint premise, it turns out that we may need a few more, because it apparently can’t miss.

The uniqueness to the spin here is that our Australian heart surgeon, Hugh Knight (Rodger Corser), is put on the Impaired Registrants List after his party lifestyle takes an ugly turn, and he has to serve a year as a Gp in a rural area as his punishment. The kicker is that he is assigned to his own hometown, which means he gets to see a lot of his parents and his ex-girlfriend, Charlie (Nicole de Silva), who is now married to his brother,...

Details Revealed on a New Planet Being Introduced in Star Wars: The Last Jedi
Earlier today the first trailer was released for Star Wars: The Last Jedi and that trailer featured a planet location that we've never seen before. The scene it debuted in showed a bunch of ships flying in and kicking up blood red dust. It was an extremely cool visual!

Thanks to director Ryan Johnson, we now know what the name of the planet is and he also offers up some new details on how it plays into the story. The name of the planet is this world is Crait and the director explains:

"It’s way out there. It’s very remote. It’s uncharted. It’s a mineral planet and so there are mines on it."

Johnson goes on to say that there are some “beautiful design elements and I hope some really unique ones that we’re able to bring into it." As for the red dust that the speeders are kicking up,...

Beyond's Burkley Duffield, Tim Kring and Adam Nussdorf on "A Wild Ride"
Freeform's Beyond is finally upon us!

This fall I had not only the pleasure of interviewing Beyond's "Holden," Berkely Duffield as well as executive producers Tim Kring (Heroes) and Adam Nussdorf (who also created the series), but to attend an exciting event with them in New York City.

The first thing you'll notice when watching the interviews is the terrible lighting.

I considered holding back the videos because of their quality.

But that would have meant denying you what I consider one of the most interesting components from a place like Nycc: chatting with someone in a group setting while they're relaxed and comfortable.

I hope you agree, and despite the lighting, enjoy getting to know Berkely Duffield, Adam Nussdorf and Time in this setting.

Mls Season Begins: La Galaxy Cruise, New York Snooze
The 2013 Major League Soccer Season began last weekend, with Los Angeles Galaxy picking up where they left off in December.

A first career hat-trick from Mike Magee was added to by Robbie Keane as the Mls Champions cruised to a 4-0 victory over Chicago Fire. Former Chelsea and Tottenham goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini made a shaky start to his league debut, almost gifting Chicago an easy goal when he failed to clear the ball properly early in the match. After that it was all Galaxy, with Magee netting his first half opener thanks to a slight deflection that took it away from goalkeeper Sean Johnson. His second was a curled effort from the edge of the box; his third a brilliant volley amid chaos following a long throw into the penalty area. Keane scored a late fourth when Omar Gonzalez nodded Michael Stephens’ cross down for him to poke home at the near post.

Fairly Legal: Cancelled, No Season Three
We finally have some news about the fate of Fairly Legal -- and it's not good. It's being reported that the USA Networks TV series has been cancelled after two seasons on the air.

Fairly Legal revolves around a young female lawyer (Sarah Shahi) who changes her profession to become a mediator at the law firm that her father founded. The cast also includes Michael Trucco, Virginia Williams, Baron Vaughn, and Ryan Johnson.

The first season registered lackluster ratings -- a 0.9 demo rating and 3.55 million total viewers -- so USA decided to revamp the show when they gave it a renewal.

Despite some cast changes and a new showrunner, Fairly Legal did even worse in its second season, garnering a 0.6 rating with 2.74 million viewers.

Shahi has been booked on NBC's struggling Chicago Fire. In...

Piper Perabo in Covert Affairs (2010)
What is Pauley Perrette saying about her NCIS future? Will a Scandal-ous romance continue to sizzle? Is Fairly Legal‘s fate fairly questionable? Are Covert Affairs all in order? Read on for answers to those questions plus other teases from fall and summer shows.

Facing Kate (2011)
'Fairly Legal' star Sarah Shahi on season's new 'romantic comedy' vibe
Facing Kate (2011)
Romantic comedy is often a dirty phrase. But Fairly Legal star Sarah Sahahi couldn’t be happier to use the term in describing the upcoming fun that will be had on the show, which is currently two episodes into its 13-episode second season.

“I love it,” she says. “I’m all for anything that tugs on the heartstrings and anything that I can play to keep the show from being a heavy procedural and more in a romantic comedy.” The biggest factor in the shift? The arrival of new partner Ben (Ryan Johnson), who has turned Kate’s already unstable world upside down.
