Many episodes are titled after pop songs from the primary era of the time travel. In seasons 1 and 2, they are from the 1990s and 2000s. In season 3, they are from the 1970s.

It was announced in January 2024 that the second season of the series would feature the Hallmark Channel's very first scene of a woman in her underwear. Hallmark has long had a "no nudity" rule for screenwriters, but producers decided to push the envelope a bit by showing 65-year old Andie MacDowell, who plays Del Landry, swimming in a lake in her bra and panties. MacDowell told Today (1952) that she didn't diet or anything to prepare for the scene. "I didn't worry about my body. It's like, at a certain point, you're so tired of having to think about those things."
