Like several other animated shows before this starting with I Simpson (1989), such as American Dad! (2005), Bob's Burgers (2011), and The Great North (2021), this show has an element of the title sequence that changes each episode, in this case it's Grimsburg's town slogan on the town sign/title screen.
Harmony Flute, Marvin's ex-wife, has a tag on her left ear, no doubt a remnant from when she was raised by bears, as is the claw mark over her left eye.
It is revealed that Summers lives in a loft in a building called "EXT. LOFT," which is generic movie terminology for "Exterior. Loft."
The morgue Wynona works in is also a cafe, with the name "Stiffs & Stuff--Morgue and Cafe." There are separate sections for the two parts, however, and no crossover is apparent.
Like in many animated series, the characters are basically dressed the same in almost every scene. This becomes more than a bit disturbing in the instance of Wynona, however, who is almost always shown wearing a lab coat and blood-stained gloves, regardless of the context.
