This special marks the return of Kamen Rider Sin Specter after its previous appearance in Kamen Raidâ Gôsuto Ribâsu: Kamen Raidâ Supekutâ (2017).
Touma Kamiyama and Takeru Tenkuji, the main protagonists and focal characters for the prequel, only appear at the end of this special to greet the others.
The Mysterious Man at the end of the special would later return in a 2022 crossover series: Kamen Raidâ Autosaidâzu (2022), and later revealed to be working for another organization.
The ending theme is Warera Omou, Yue Ni Warera Ari, originally used as the opening theme for Ghost's season.
