(at around 36 mins) When two prisoners are threatening Torrente with forks in the dinner room, Gregorio tells him "easy, the forks are plastic"; Torrente, visibly worried, replies "sure, no sweat". In the previous movie (Torrente 3: El protector (2005)) a highjacker kills a flight attendant with a plastic fork right after Torrente laughed at him claiming he couldn't do it.
