Mike & Jackson walk into a seafood store looking for Darrelle. The store, as stated on the building, is Al Scramuzza's Seafood City. Jackson puts the employee behind the counter in a headlock and tells him to point in the direction of Darelle. That employee is Al Scramuzza himself, who is a New Orleans icon known for pioneering the industrialization of crawfish in New Orleans in the early 50s and its spread throughout the state and country. He's also known for his many parodied local TV commercials in the 70s and 80s. Also, the reason Al Scramuzza didn't have a speaking line in that scene was because he would have had to been paid as an actor instead of an extra.
