Special Effects man Paul Blaisdell recycled two monster costumes: the outfit from The She-Creature (1956) and the alien head from Invasion of the Saucer Men (1957).
Both the Model T with the white top and the Buick-powered dragster in the back with Tommy Ivo were owned by Ivo and used in the movie. He was a well-established professional drag racer at the time of this movie, known as "TV" Tommy Ivo.
The first reference to the "ghost" in the title is at 40 minutes into the 64 minute film.
When the 45rpm record of "Geronimo" is shown, the label is held on screen long enough to show that it was released on American International records.
