During filming of a robbery scene at a local Indian brewery police responded to a 911 call. The production company failed to notify police and surrounding businesses they would be filming there. Actor Jeff Duff was exiting the front of the building with a fake gun wearing a ski mask as police were approaching the entrance. When ordered to drop the gun he turned towards the officers, one officer fired a single shot that struck the building, narrowly missing the actor.
