The two mopeds are a modded Puch Maxi S and a Zündapp ZD 25 TS.
In Germany you only need a special simple driver's license to drive a moped. You just need 9 hours theoretical and 1,5 hours of practical lessons. With this background you can drive with reaching your 15th birthday. The costs for the license are between 150 and 180 Euros. As soon as you receive a usual driver's license there is no further qualification needed to drive a moped. If born before 04.01.1965 you just need your personal ID to confirm the required age.
The two mopeds are sold in 2018 in an annual donation marathon of RTL television (RTL Spendenmarathon). They were sold for 3000,00 Euros.
