Is the 7th film announced by Ubisoft through their internal film studio Ubisoft Motion Pictures. Of the seven (Assassin's Creed, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Watch Dogs, Rabbids, Far Cry, and The Division), it is only the third film to sign an actor to the starring role, after Tom Hardy in Splinter Cell, and before him, Michael Fassbender in Assassin's Creed.
