During the shooting of an episode at a prison in Melbourne, Australia, a real smoke grenade thrown by Britne Oldford went off, instead of a prop, and the whole cast and crew had to be evacuated, delaying the shooting of a few hours. Luckily no one was injured, but the actress was in serious distress after the accident, even if she managed to keep working once shooting was resumed.
