It is easy to see why the animations of Dingo Pictures are relatively obscure, though those who have had the misfortune of seeing any of their output (which along with their equally low-budget computer animated counterpart Video Brinquedo have not once made anything worthwhile) cannot forget their awfulness. It is even easier to see why they are universally reviled.
Whether 'Aladin' is one of Dingo Pictures' worst is debatable, the list of contenders for that title is very long. It is however one of the strongest examples for the studio of target audience being called into serious question and it is one of their most inappropriately creepy. That it's unoriginal is the least of 'Aladin's' problems, those two above problems and its cheapness and laziness are far less easy to forgive. As was said before, it is hard to know where to start when there are no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
Even for a studio with next to nothing worthwhile, their shortest efforts that see marginally more effort are their least bad but still have lots of problems, 'Aladin' is just an abomination, an almost unheard of word for me to use these days but this deserves it. Comparisons to the Disney film, although they are nothing alike pretty much, is inevitable and there is no question which is better, seeing as Disney's is actually good (masterpiece even). There are elements of the Arabian Nights tale in 'Aladin' but it is told so dully and with nothing to be enchanted or entertained by, found it an assault to the senses to be honest.
The animation is some of the worst there is, so awful it's unacceptable even for low-budget animation. It has flat colours, very simplistic backgrounds and lack of detail and derivative, shoddy, unfinished recycled and creepy character animation as well as a style that makes art of primary school children who draw and paint in half an hour or less seem more accomplished. There is a jerky almost surrealistic moment towards the start (about 9 minutes in), that just looks hideous and anybody with a neurological condition should beware.
Music always sounds misplaced, is more suited to a haunted house attraction and never fitting with what's going on, not to mention that it has little breathing space even in scenes that are in dire need for it. The opening music is actually the least bad asset of 'Aladin' but somehow didn't seem like it belonged, more like opening music for a video game. The script is incredibly repetitive and juvenile, some of it making one question who the target audience was meant to be, that it will insult any adult is bad enough but even young children will feel dumber after hearing some of the dialogue here.
The story feels incredibly stretched, 'Aladin' is Dingo Pictures' longest and it easily could have been shorter by nearly half if it just got to the point, had no irrelevant scenes and kept the pace tight, all three of which 'Aladin' fails abysmally at. It also has incredibly plodding pacing where one feels every second of its length (actually it feels twice as long), is very disjointed, goes nowhere a lot of the time and some of it is so aimless and jumpy it's incomprehensible, usually have no trouble following storytelling but had real trouble making sense of the story here. Plus there is absolutely no magic or entertainment value. Target audience is also a big problem, with 'Aladin' containing some wildly out of place creepiness and being too silly for adults.
Characters are excruciatingly irritating and a few irrelevant to the story. Not a likable or interesting character among them, most of them being nerve-gratingly annoying or enough to give one nightmares, that's including the genie.
Meanwhile, the sound effects are bizarre and randomly placed and the voice acting throughout is ill-fitting, constantly depressed-sounding and just grates on the nerves. German is a beautiful language, having sung in it many times, the voice acting in German has no poetry or engagement and gives an unintentional creepiness.
Overall, a mess. 1/10 (one of the most deserving recipients of this very rarely given out rating these days for me) Bethany Cox

Mathematical probability will tell you that either 1/10 or 10/10 scores are statistically unlikely. Therefore it's pretty clear to me that this terrific movie is being bombed by some group somewhere that doesn't like it.
Where is Jonathan's credit for the voice of Jafar?
Fortunately if you copy paste the review and the reviewers username then ChatGPT is amazing at revealing false reviewers (give it a try!). The film was made in 1993. No internet. My three boys adored it even if it did end up with me knowing the words "Prince Ali, fabulous he. Etc"
Of course the animation is poor by today's standards. We were lucky to have NTSC back then. But it's fun and my grand kids love it.

This movie is awful the animation is just Aladdin's animation if it looked worse than cartoons from almost 100 years ago characters are just Aladdin but 1 million times worse voices are laughably bad they probably decided how about we let our kids voice instead of actual actors I'm happy I watched a bit of it for free on youtube because it isn't worth even a penny/cent I think this is worth a 0/10 but I have to give it a 1/10 if you want a million times worse aladdin this is for you and it's probably not good at distracting children if you wanted that you could get minions or minions the rise of gru overall don't watch ever.
This movie is filled with actors reading things like "Exit Scene" and I can't tell if "I'm going downstairs and going... to the market" is a stage direction.
THE PLOT
The plot is just like the disney aladdin but it has more... um... I don't even know. Aladin has this... grandma? He finds a genie randomly? WHAT?
THE VOICE ACTING
The voices were clearly made by a Father and a Son and this is all clearly a low budget production to rob your grandma. The voice cast was probably just a German Family making an animated movie. I appreciate first timers making movies, but trying to rob grandmas and trick them of being a currently popular movie? Noserrie.
OVERALL
I give this movie a 1/10, it is pretty horrible but it's really halarious how bad it is. This is truly an incredible, legendary, piece of garbage poop.

Why? Why does this movie exist? It is the worst movie I have ever seen... the animation is super lazy. It's like the animators doesn't know how to animate and just didn't care. The voices are the worst, there are only like two voice actors and they just talk back to each other. The music is painful. It's just a 10 second loop and it never stops playing. I rather watch The Emoji Movie than this awful piece of horse crap

- ट्रिवियाSome versions of the English DVD by East West Entertainment cut the film off at 43 minutes and 43 seconds.
- गूफ़In some shots, when characters get close to the edge of the screen, their bodyparts start disappearing due to the screen and the animation layers being cropped badly.
