[Reflecting on the closing of her restaurant "Mary's Lamb"] It was a good place. We put out good products. People loved it. I learned so many life skills that I wouldn't have learned had I not done that, finding funding for investment, and all the things that go with running a business....But it was a hard, hard life. I would never do it again.
