Sometimes I wonder if there is a critical shortage of teenage actors and actresses in this country. There SEEMS to be an abundance of them, yet for some reason, we have shows like this where high school seniors are played by actors and actresses in their early 20s to early 30s.
The guy who played Cooper had an IMDB age of about 20 at the start of the show (but looked to be closer to 25-30).
The show held my interest from beginning to end. There were a few unanswered questions (why did Jake go to rehab).
The show ended on a cliffhanger. Guessing the showrunners didn't (yet) know that the series had been canceled. A shame.
What condition does the actor who played Nate have? He has all these spots, mostly on the left-hand side of his face. Can't seem to find anything about it online.

Some really strange casting in season 2.
Megan Landry and her sister are clearly of Asian descent (or rather the actresses that are portraying them). Interesting choice, given that both of her parents APPEAR to be entirely Caucasian.
The actress that they chose to play Isabella (Lexi Underwood) was a strange choice to be playing someone who was supposed to be 16 at the beginning of the story arc. She clearly looked older and has large breast implants (something you don't normally see in a girl under 18).
This is just an educated guess, but the actor who plays Brent Chambers appears to be a different race from both of his parents. I think the same could be said for the actor who plays Luke Chambers (he's kind of funny looking, in my opinion).

Just watched season 1. A fairly engaging story of a group of women in their mid 20's in high school (well, those were their ACTUAL ages).
However, they radically changed the appearance of Jeanette and Kate in the 3 years that were being relayed, making it hard to tell who was who. When Jeanette cut her hair for 1995 she looked heavier and so different it was a while before I realized it was her.
Kate's look changed dramatically. The color/tint of her skin changed over the 3-year period. At one point, her eyes looked almost Asian. There were times, during the first 3 episodes, when I didn't realize it was Kate, she looked THAT different.
I also don't think that the actor who played Jamie was at all convincing as a straight guy.
