If you ever ask: Hey, I would like to watch a movie, which has funny ideas and nice effects, but the editing is atrocious and the pacing is terrible and the main character has as much character as a white bread with tap water: Watch "The Bell Keeper" (2023). The editing of the dialogue is so bad, that I have to ask: Why wasn't the cutter fired? Or the main-character.
The dialogue is like this: sentence. ---2 seconds waiting--- another sentence. ---2 seconds waiting--- 3 sentences. --- waiting....
A good editor could have helped.
On the other hand: A movie with 5-10 production companies is not supposed to be good. But it could have been. Better editing, mark my words.

The classic problem: How to make a 90 minute movie with a 20 minute story?
One is to add scenes with no sense. Another way is create interesting characters which are more interesting than the story.
And they did the third way: As usually from Asylum and other indie-production companies, they filled the rest with worthless chewing-gum-dialogue and long staring/pondering-scenes. Adding the classic "short distance camera work", you get the basic "we saved money"-treatment. And CGI-blood.
The video-work looked cheap. The basic "grey fog filter" was running high on processor-power. I wish, I hadn't paid money for that.

If this would be Koreas best action movie, I would never watch Korean movies again. Thankfully, those reviewers are probably bots or happy to see an spy thriller.
Because this is not an action movie. It has a few short action scenes, which are worse edited than "Catwoman"s basketball scene. The vibe of this movie feels like either overy dramatic or overly pseudo-funny. The actors have to work with the bumpy script and survive the overlong pseudo-cool-spy-scenes and I feel bad for them. I read "This movie is full of bloods and guts and adrenaline." Thats wrong.
