This last part of season five is an absolute unbelievable monstrosity to this legendary franchise. I am extremely flexible on such franchises doing something incredibly difficult. Ending television series that are so big is not easy. However what they have done here is basically "phone it in". For no reason at all they created several timelines that make zero sense. You have no idea where the characters even are. You don't know where or when they are. There is obviously much more like the acting is now forced. The most amazing thing the super powers that Casey and Beth develop in this episode 11. That is just ridiculous and just ruins this entire thing. They should be ashamed.
The first season of the bear was an 11 out of 10. The 2nd is give about an 8. Now at season 3 we are talking like a 7 maybe. What's happening?
Remember that epic first season of Atlanta? Raw, new and amazing! But then it started to become pretentious and "wannabe" artsy. I feel like this is following the same path. I'm all for progression but at what costs? This was as raw and amazing as Atlanta was it's first year but now I'm getting this pretentious vibe and it's not good. Something else I always loved about this show, and again the same follows with Atlanta, is the amazing talent the find for these roles. Bear season 3 makes a cloudy mess of this with HUGE name celebrities that just don't fit. If I told you a year ago that John Cena would be in season 3 you would either slap me in the face or laugh in my face. And Cena is not the only distraction. While the show is still very good it's not what the first season brought. Curious where they take us in season 4.

Welcome to 2020s in film.
The main character fears men and imagines the worst. She has issues where she is daydreaming in real time worst case scenarios that a man may do to her. Finally she gets her way and her overnight boyfriend goes bonkers after she ghosts him.
You have the man hating best friend who predicted this from day one because "all men are the same".
She even has a man hating podcast.
No one is happier that she was right all along than her.
Everything is male toxicity to her.
Finally her friend realizes that her best is totally and completely toxic.
Basically is a very long winded, 2 hours, men are horrendous, movie with the usual narrative of the new times. Welcome to 2020s cinema. Enjoy!
