The pros are the actors - Diaz and Foxx still have onscreen charisma, the kids are very likeable and overall the acting is fine. Bizarrely it's Andrew Scott who's bad in this. Maybe it's just because it's not his usual genre or something, or because he was distracted by how terrible his own fake English accent was.
The main issue is the script, which seems to have been written in about 1978 and updated very slightly to include mobile phones. At one point there's a line "like Jason Bourne?" "Yes, but we remember stuff," but neither of the parents act like they remember how to be a spy at all, apart from being able to beat people up with ease.
Obviously it's not the actors doing those fight scenes, but you don't usually see that quite so clearly. There's one part where they even shot Diaz's stunt double face on for at least a full minute.
However, as I said, if you go in expecting it to be terrible, you might still enjoy it.

Denise Richards is the only real reason to watch this. She actually acts. The storyline is totally cheesy and feels like it's from the 80s but, hey, cheese can be fun if the cast is good. Still, some of the supporting cast take the 2d roles they're given (I liked the DJ guy and the best female friend) and do well with the little they're given. Patrick Muldoon as the supposed high school sweetheart of Richards just reads out his lines and looks far too old to have been prom king to her prom queen. Even in their child versions he's several years older than her, presumably to adjust to their adult appearances (the kids are good actors). It's very odd casting. Richards and Muldoon come across as if they actually were a little bit disgusted by having to kiss but got it over with for the sake of the movie.
Watch it for the acting. The plotting is a bit off - there aren't any hints of the extra woman till the end, and even the "we need to kill everyone off so we have all the money" thing comes in a little too late. But the acting makes it worth it. I really didn't want the throttled bloke to die. The brother in law holds up a scenario that tried for more than it could really make, but it's well worth a watch. And at least Tim and the additional extremely hot woman didn't walk off into the distance or have much connection at all.
