Some real and very difficult home truth.
Marriage, children, work relatiship, how we cope with it, all of it is in this series. It is based in Poland, but it is rather universal.
It could happen anywhere.
It is a bit difficult to watch sometimes, but in general it is fascinated and even funny sometimes.
Good Polish actors, Warsaw in the background, nice houses, good cars. Not a standard life in this country, but these make the story believable.
Money is the value, money is the power, the rest is just an obvious element of life.
The role of the father is to provide. To make someone a decent man this is unfortunately not enough.

What an awfull and digusting thing.
It is pretensious too much even for a satire. Desbelief is a word used in some reviews and I fully agree. The main character, ugly and disgusting, is not convincing at all, although his acting, as acting in general in this production is excellent.
I am really impressed by what the entire cast did with this crap script.
It was difficult to finish watching. I understand the need for the final dance, performed to the perfection, but it was so unplesant to stay in the front of the screen. Not because of the nudity. The ugliness of this human being is beyond comprehension.
The plus? Saltburn is beautifull, especially the garden.
