This show acknowledges in the intro that adults living at home is the highest its been since the Great Depression (at 1/3rd but nearing 50% in some higher cost of living states on the east coast).....with no acknowlegement about the difficulty in homebuying and the economy being the reasons. Instead it frames young people as "lazy" folowing a familiar, uninteresting trope. This leads to Gen X parents arguing with and yelling at thier kids...instead of being upset at the governemnt for putting thier families in this situation. I found the show frustrating, insincere, and uninteresting after about 15 minutes once it became clear where it was going. A show about the economic difficulties faced would be far more interesting, and more sincere, as opposed to whatever this is.
I saw this movie for free on Hulu wheras a lot of the really negative reviews seem to be from people borderline tricked into paying to rent this movie when it was in theaters. (It was in only 5 theaters for 1 week apparently - and was primarily a digital release.)
So this movies likely low-budget means they did not have enough money to actually pay stunt performers to fight with actual lions, or create CGI lions. So instead you get the low-budget version...which is like someone died and you know they got eaten. But you don't see any of that action. Its the broke filmmakers response to not having a budget.
So if you are expecting lots of action with lions....this film does not have that. It does have nice scenery, and a pretty tense plot, that keeps the tension going pretty well, and kept me wanting to watch for the most part despite that. It does have poor dialogue a fair amount of the time, and some questionable character choices, and a few religious undertones in a few moments. Could have been a great movie with the cast + setting....but ends up underwhelming between the sub-par dialogue, and low budget limitations. But can keep one entertained if you like thrills, man vs nature, and survival themes...its an adequate movie in all of those areas. Lacking in others.

The stakes are not exceedingly high here, as Micheal Fassbender has a day job. But once it gets going, its actually quite an enjoyable watch, as it shows you essentially what it is like to race in Le Mans. Also includes lots of 1st person footage from the car, which makes it a pretty exciting watch at times. So for people who both A. Like Micheal Fassbender and B. Like racing in any way, they will probably enjoy this. (I do not watch any professional racing at all, simply enjoy most racing movies I have seen....this does a great job showing kindof what it is really like.) The sound is also extremely good, and really gets you into the action...it kept my attention and made me keep watching...even if we know Fassbender doesn't "need" to win to have a life.
