I loved this movie! It was probably one of the funniest movies I had ever seen! When I had watched Molly Shannon preform her "Superstar" on SNL, I loved it. It was hilarious and something new and enjoyable. This movie makes me feel better for some reason. When I'm depressed or something, I watch this movie and laugh forever and instantly feel better! My favorite part of the movie was Mary(her name in the movie) saying Superstar! I loved it. It made me feel happy and made me laugh. Also, this movie does have some meaning to it. It shows you that anything is possible. And I mean ANYTHING. If Mary Katherine Gallagher can do it, you most certainly can. I really think you should at least rent it but I really think you should buy it because of how many times you will want to watch it. It's hilarious and you will find yourself watching it over and over again. "...you didn't know you were competing against a...SUPERSTAR!!!"

Wow. I was truly impressed by this movie! I knew this was going to be good, but not this good! I was so amazed. I loved The Nightmare Before Christmas and knew I'd love this. And I did. The stop-motion-animation was tremendous, the voice acting by Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham-Carterwas awesome! They fit perfectly with the roles! The music was very good. Though the music set the mood and was so cool to listen to, I wish they would have made more singing songs! The ones they did do were so good and if they were to make more, it would have been even better. I loved this movie from start to finish. You will want to see it over and over again just to catch all the amazing art captured in this movie! I highly recommend this movie! Now go see it.

I'll start off by saying this: this is a creepy and scary movie. There u go. It is freakin' scary! there were so many of my friends who think there so great and everything and they even got scared. And so did i. This is a very GOOD movie. but not amazing. The possession of Emily is awesome! its sooo cool...but creepy. The main part of this story is not exorcising Emily, but finding out if Emily was indeed possessed or was she just having hallucinations. By this, the priest that tried to cure her was blamed for her death(not really a spoiler; u find out this in the very beginning of the movie) so he has to go to court. This isn't really all a horror. its mostly a court room drama/ a horror. But u will get freaked out most of the time. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone below 12 years old. it will be way too scary///
