I'd give this movie a 10 just for the sake of being brave and standing out with something different while still being on track and proving points it set within the plot. You think you've seen everything that cinema can offer, and slight deviation is just a huge step forward for every movie fan. This one does exactly that while it maintained good acting, storyline and movie logic (which not necessarily corresponds to logic in general). Other thing I like about the movie is that it is not afraid to polarize and even make people hate it. That's just being honest in directing and it goes a long way for me. Bravo movie!
This is enough. I would give the movie a 10 if it wasn't for the fast paced ending that just did not fall smoothly with the rest of the slow burning atmosphere. This picture was bold and brave to do. And as such is welcomed by movie fans. Great cinematography, with phenomenal atmosphere and beautiful acting. I'd say it is enough with the proven formulas, and expected storyline of this genre. Creators must be bold and original in order to bring something new and captivating to the table. It's true the movie could be even better. I caught muself throughout that some scenes could even be more hardcore or gore, but it would be far too much of a risk. Regardless, well done for director and actors. Bravo movie.
The show started off nicely with specific niche and direction followed by great actors, storyline, humor and other ingredients all in one place. Characters development was outstanding, atmosphere hectic and anxious, but boy do they missed the point with season three... Each episode seems without any direction or flow no matter how great it was shot. Moreover, each episode is predictive despite the fact there was no clear goal. Artistic just for the sake of artistry. Pathetic and emotional just for the sake of cinematography. Nothing more. Each ep is for the individual character but there is no fricking need for this. We already met the characters throughout the show but in their natural environment and emotional state that didn't seemed so 'strongly directed'. Sometimes the less is more, but directors didn't even listen to their own protagonist's advice. First 2 seasons are 10, and the third season is 1. Hence the overall 7.
