Thsi film willbe no surprise to you. The story is clear cut, there are no surprising twists or turns which would you leave stunned or anything else.

But what you get is a well made 2 hour film which does not completely bore. Some more action maybe as expected but good choreographed. Some things which should be funny but are not and all spiked with a solid adventure story with well known concept behind it. Also lot of unrealistic things of course - typical puzzle hunt.

What puts it a bit higher in my regards is the top notch quality also with CGI, we all know some films we saw this year or last year where all is fine but CGI is super bad. Not here.

Just enjoy 2 hours of a well made film, nothing more and nothing less.

There is so much story and so much plot in one single pilot episode - You do not have time to get to know people or route for someone. This whole episode could have been half the season to establish characters, their relationships in between and get hints for the "bang" and make it the mid season highlight.. Every scene is here on its own kind of and introduces new characters every 4 minutes...I want to like it but if every episode is that lifeless i am not sure it lasts after one season :-/ We want interesting cases, character development which is fitting. It was just so so so much packed into one episode. Crossing fingers.

Besides some small "quality" gaps in between the different VFX scenes used in this film - There is so much story and history which plays a big part.

Everything is rushed but someone thought a lot of things heavily through. This should have been a limited series with 8 periods to try and establish some story lines a bit better. You always get tit bits of information here and there so that the story in itself is complete in the end, but it feels always super rushed.

The only big focus is of course the love story (or stories). I still wonder who decides to cram all in 90 minutes which should be 8 episode limited series to give everything the right focus and attention needed.

Cause of that it is 6 Stars - cinematic wise its nice to watch and VfX is good, except for some smaller parts. But it would have been a good limited series if someone would have been brave enough to play out the story.
