I was appalled; I saw definitely another version of this movie : they almost cut out all the horrific scenes, not that I like to see this, as I already very much know what happened there, but if the makers/butchers pretend to give an idea of " life" in these deathcamps, you are not giving honour to the memories of millions of victims of these camps bij showing reletively nothing of what was going on there. If you broadcast this version I just saw, then better not make it at all. It is much beter to watch movies Like Sophies Choice, Schindlers list or even Life is beautiful, they show more of the real horrors, and are made with integrity and love for the victims in these camps.
Shocking and very sad. A real disturbing episode of one of my favorite Detective Series. I have seen many of them, but I will wait long to see the end of George Gently. By the way: Gently with the innocents hit me the hardest. And things come back from my own past, I can so feel with this story.
