Throne of blood is the story about two friends who meet a weirdo in the forest, and find out that destiny is one Hell of a drug.

Every part of the movie feels like a classic, and feels like there's a reason it have been remembered through times, and when it's based on a Shakespeare play, it gets bonus points on being memorable.

And even has a legendary scene, like when the main guy gets a lot of Arrows shot at him, and you find out that are real, then it becomes trivia about the most horrible things an actor have been asked to survive.

The main character is just not interesting and he doesn't have a lot of agency in the beginning. It feels like he's being forced into fate, and that makes the consequences less interesting for me. And his wife does not help at all.

Even so it feels like a samurai dream with all that smoke, and it's such a nice viewing experience even if the story didn't connect to me. Would recommend.

French Connection II Is a movie about an American Yankee, so hated by his police department, that he gets sent to France, the worst of all fates.

First of all is this movie as good as the first one, No, but it does has its own moments that are good and heroin is one hell of a drug.

The thing I didn't enjoy what the, fish out of water aspect, seeing Popeye in France and not having a good time. It worked for the story, but there's just so much where just feels like Dead Air, where it's just him looking around the City waiting for something to happen.

The lack William Friedkin Direction is really felt. It just Lakes a bit of grittiness and realism that he always brings to the table, and it's just feel like a more consumable movie because it. Gene Hackman Is still great in his role, and the part with the heroin really takes the movie from ok to a good experience.

It's a fine sequel, that feels like it does not need to exist, but it's fine enough if you want some evening crime movie.

Inland is one of those movies you buy, just to see if you have found a diamond in the rough, and then you realize that there is a reason, why nobody is talking about it.

To give the director some slack this is his first movie, and it feels like. It a lot of high ideas and pretty angles, but just lacks the substance and entertaining value to make it interesting.

My biggest problem was the pacing, it was just slow enough to make my mind wanted to other places while watching it. I could not even find the interesting ideas in it, because I had to focus so hard just to watch the movie.

The acting is fine all around and the dad is good in the movie. It's a movie, That's hard to recommend, because I have no feelings after watching it.
