Excellent direction, excellent acting, nice screen play. Unexpected reality movie from Bollywood. If you have played any games in the ring or if you truly have experience of sports in India, this is perfect movie for you. It will hold you from start to end. Madhavan and Madhi(Female boxer) have done great job. Hopefully this movie will do good at box office so Bollywood gets inspired to make such movies instead of Melodramas or boring superstar movies like Prem ratan dhan payo etc. Story is completely roaming around boxing. It covers the real face of politics in sports which provides the suspense in the movie. Good fight scenes, good direction and screen play. Must watch in theater.
I usually do not write feedback, but for this movie I had to. This one of the best stories in India Movies. Excellent writing and direction. Acting is also good. Start is little slow but after 30 mins movie really picks up and maintain great suspense till the end.
Script is very strong, acting of co-starts(Ajay devgans wife, daughters) is great. Its most realistic story and flawless movie. Usually Indian movies are never realistic, there will be lot of spice and fiction, songs, crazy emotional melodrama etc. But this one is a master piece and it has the perfection of Hollywood level.
In short great movie and must watch. Only reducing 1 star because I read some reviews that original Malayalam movie had better actor and start of the movie could have been improved. Else this would be the real perfect movie. Must watch..!!!

After I saw great reviews and big comments I decided to see this movie an thought it will be something different. But This is really big flop film. They just have created lot of buzz with advertisements.
Movie has same old story which is repeated in thousands of movies, direction and screenplay are OK. Only thing which saves the movie is acting of the actor. Rest of all things are just OK. There is nothing in this movie which can give this so call 8 out of 10 reviews. I will only give one suggestion that do not waste your time and money. If you are fan of the hero than you can watch it once. There is no big deal by Sankar here and I don't see why this movie is called such expansive and it took such long time to make the movie.
