For the blind critics of this movie I simply ask, What do you want? Don't criticize the hard work of all involved in this movie. If you think you can do better i suggest that put hands on the work gather all the money and do a movie, and you will earn the respect and I will respect your critics.

This is not a good movie for the intellectual to watch, the humor is not very much worked but doesn't mean that isn't funny. The story is very much like the others. One of the greatest triumph of this movie is make fun in a healthy way of many movies that is directed to (fake) intellectual people, and that same movies have a very high budget comparing to this one and showing to many people what can be done with some much little. The visual of this movie is very good and i'm not saying this because this is a low-budget movie.

To finish my review of this very good Portuguese movie, I hope the evolution of Luis Ismael and J.D. Duarte because their future is certainly wrap on a gold paper.

I saw many people talking about this movie and maybe all have been said about it. Tim Burton is one the most beloved directors and yet one of the most despited directors by Academy Awards, and either you like him or not everybody has to agree with me.I'm one of the many fans of Burton and I might be suspicious to talk about this or the others his movies. I guess that whatever he does in the future it can't getter better than this. I firmly believe that this is his best movie, and you can call me fool but I think this movie is underrated.

About the performance of the actors I think they achieved the most difficult thing than an actor can do, touch someone heart. But this doesn't come only from the actors, and shame on me if I say the opposite.

The power of the movie is the powerful harmony between the director, actors, visual effects department, and so on. The true is that most people remembers this movie because Tim Burton directed or Ewan McGregor(don't forget Albert Finney,Helena Bonhan Carter,Alison Lohman,Jessica Lange and Billy Crudup) starred in it but much of the "heroes" of this movies are annonymous but praised be their work.

To conclude my own review, this movie for me is one of the best movies ever. Once again I have to say that my opinion is might be overrated since I'm a fan (not a die-hard) of Tim Burton.

This indeed, one hell of a show, its very very funny.It's the finest Portuguese humor.I highly recommend the DVD of "Gato Fedorento". For those who don't know, the origin of the name, is from one of the musics of "Friends", which is titled "Smelly Cat". This show brought to Portuguese humor, a fresh air, and before this show, the humor was boring and very uninteresting. The actors of this show, even without experience as actors, did a very good show, and has beaten very people with a large experience as actors. I hope to see more projects from this fantastic crew.
