Finally, a new comedy show where the jokes don't suck and don't make me wonder who wrote these jokes or thought a laugh track could save them.
My thoughts: Positives: I watched this show mainly because of Harriet Dyer (Colette), and she was honestly the best part. I loved her performance in Colin from Accounts, and she did great here too. The concept feels fresh, and a good number of jokes in the first episode actually landed for me.
Negatives: As an Indian guy, I don't really know much about the DMV system in America, and after watching this episode, I still don't know much about it. A bit more explanation would have helped, maybe they'll do that in the next episodes. The manager character (not blaming the actress) felt like the weakest so far. The other side characters are okayish, not too interesting. There's a lot of cliché stuff with characters similar to ones we've seen in other shows. Storywise, nothing really grabbed me or made me excited for the next episode. Also, the romantic tension between the two leads is moving too fast, too much happened in just one episode.
Overall: It feels like a good timepass show that might be more relatable to Americans who've actually been through this kind of thing. I'll watch the upcoming episodes.

Just finished it.
Positives: I think it was better than the first season, maybe. Although, I liked the final scene of the first season more than this one's.
Whenever Will and Sylvia are together, those scenes are the best. I'm glad they had a good number of moments together in the finale.
The finale episode was about 40 minutes long, but it was still engaging.
Negatives: Whenever Will and Sylvia are not together, the episodes feel just okay. Even when they're on screen separately, the scenes aren't that entertaining. The side characters are now looking better than they did in Season 1, but still, it's really Will and Sylvia together that keep me entertained.
This season focused more on Charlie. I thought he was just a side character who would only see his wife cheating on him or hanging out with Will. But nope-so many episodes focused on him. He's a good actor, but the character isn't interesting enough.
There are a lot of inconsistencies in the show. For example, in one scene a character says, "We should take a break. You bring chaos into everyone's life," and in their very next scene together, they're talking like nothing happened. In one scene they're business partners, but a few scenes later that partnership isn't even mentioned. In another, someone gets angry because another person told her husband to quit his job, but later the same person tells her own husband to stay at home. Too many small logical problems like that.
They're keeping that "romantic tension" between Will and Sylvia. But if they drag it out too long-always keeping them close but never romantic, not even a small accidental kiss-I think it'll get boring.
Overall: It's a good feel-good show, kinda like Apple's Trying. Honestly, I'd rather Apple stop making shows altogether than cancel this one after Season 2. Rating: 3.5/5.

I was only watching one episode of this season every day, but after the fifth episode, I couldn't wait and had to see how the future game concludes. Just like the last episode, this one was also about 70 minutes, and by the end, it felt a bit long. The first 25 minutes were almost perfect, but after that, some nonsense stuff took over, followed by a small game to decide the fate of the lead characters, which was kind of fine. The last few minutes mostly felt like a setup for a new spinoff or season. I just hope that if there is a spinoff or new season, Japan makes it and not the Americans, because they would probably focus too much on bringing in people from different countries and sexualities instead of the story, while Japanese and Korean creators usually don't do that.
Overall, I still count this as a satisfactory end to the season or series. This season had moments that reminded me of the final season of Squid Game, like the baby stuff (both shows handled adding a baby to the game really well) and the ending feeling like a setup for a foreign spinoff. I would have loved it more if this episode had been shorter and more logical, but Arisu and Usagi have become one of my favorite TV couples, and I hope to see more from this world again, whether it's a spinoff or new season by the same creators. Rating: 3.25/5.
