I thought Armor was well cast, but that is almost the only good thing I can say about it. The plot had holes in it large enough to drive an armored truck through. Unstable plastic explosive wouldn't be my first choice of what to take on a heist. Bullets flying, grenades exploding, vehicles engaged in a game of low-speed bumper tag on conveniently deserted roads, yet no one notices any of it. Shoot-outs on a bridge over what is presented as a number of hours, yet not a single car passes by until it is conveniently needed. It also arrives at the perfect time. Houses are near to the so-called 'action', easily within earshot, yet no one phones in about the explosions or gunfire. Roads going through the Nevada desert see more traffic. Stallone spoke often but did little. I suppose that's to be expected at this stage of his career. Not bad, but not good either.

The whole film strained my sense of incredulity and really disappointed me. There was no sense of realism whatsoever. Watch it if you don't have anything else to fill your time; just don't expect much from the experience.

I'm sorry, but this film was nearly too silly to watch. You have to suspend disbelief so intensely that literally nothing could possibly surprise you.

I think the actors did the best they could with the material they were given. They simply weren't given all that much. Every male character in the film was written to be an utter buffoon. The 'substance' was ridiculous in its concept. Be a more 'beautiful' you? DNA is clearly smarter than I imagined, it decides one eye color is better than another, yet not smart enough to purge birthmarks. Go figure.

Apparently, this juice also auto-bestows a sense of entitlement, greed, and the narcissist's full toolkit. If they advertised the negative side effects, it would absolutely scare people away.

'Use only once.' Not 'Use Once and Discard.' Who wouldn't see a recipe for disaster there? Also, it seems to be 'one dose fits all.' Yet they supply more than a full syringe could possibly hold. The whole process had me shaking my head almost constantly.

It was also way too heavy on social commentary and stereotyping.

Jekyll and Hyde and The Portrait of Dorian Grey did it so much better. High marks for SFX make-up and body prosthetics. I will grant that. The firehosing blood was ridiculous, though.

Don't waste your time on this film unless you like the actors for their talents.

Share? Surprised me. I almost turned it off several times due to its inane stupidity. I would call it satire more than a thriller. There isn't all that much thrill to it, but it takes very clear jabs at social media, social media addiction, and caricatures. The visual effects were laughable, the characters were stereotypical, and I didn't find any of it particularly funny or even really sci-fi related apart from the use of computers that were big in the 1980's.

I have seen far worse movies, though. This indie film was simply shot; the camera never moves. There are no shaky-cam shots, jump scares, explosions, or lens flares.

I'm actually glad for that, because they have enough trouble managing actual fire.

A lot is left unexplained but as this film seems message-focused, most people will just glaze over the lack of clarity.

Sadly, in my opinion, the film also blew its landing. People gained power and promptly abused it, as everyone knows they would. I won't spoil it for those who choose to watch it. I'll just say that it ultimately disappointed me.
