I haven't seen bad acting like this since, well, ever! It's not like they had any good material to work with. The script is nothing but exposition, scene after scene for a story no one really would care about anyway.

The dialogue is extremely trite and stupid and delivered in a junior high drama club way. Only with less vigor.

The highest budgeted item was the camera drone footage that is used relentlessly as transition from boring scene to boring scene.

I could find NO redeeming value to this production other than the actor's effort at being listed on IMDb, of which I would believe they are profoundly embarrassed by.

Jeez, where do I start? It's films like these that mystified me. Good actors given stupid lines and dumb actions. Obvious higher-than-expected budgets. Fine cinematography and art direction. Not terrible direction, yet it's the story and dialogue that makes you want to tear your lungs out!

Trite, unrealistic, and just asinine lines and unbelievable reactions. I could have made a more suspenseful movie with my cat and a can of lima beans.

If you want to be entertained, skip this movie and watch paint dry. You'll have a better time and if you don't like the color you can repaint it. Unlike this piece of crap it won't have to live on forever.

I wasn't sure what to expect by the title or synopsis, but it was a great surprise and nifty take on the typical "teens in peril in the woods" genre.

Completely original idea even as it closely follows the specific tropes associated with this type of film.

The characters are perfectly cast and I enjoyed the vulnerability and nuance of the leads, particularly Dale.

The twist at the end would lead one to believe a sequel could be considered, but most movies of this nature contain some hint of that element.

I would recommend this film for the crafty script, the well-acted characters and the element of horror with an ironic twist.
