I have never written a review on here I don't think, but this one demanded it, the whole thing was truly awful, it was a poor repeat of the original, except this time I did not care what happens to each of the characters, and the lead had no screen presence at all. I can not imagine that anyone thought this movie is a good idea,poor storyline, poor acting, and poor script. Even Denzel was poor in this, I don't think he really believed in the character he was playing )

And the two jokers who played the joint emperors, I wonder who came up with such a weak characters to play emporers, as if Rome would have allowed such nonsense at the height of its empire ..

Just truly awful, the whole thing from beginning to end!!

Excellent acting, well put together, but the story line just does not hold up. The so called twist in 5th or 6th episode was so ludicrous as to make the whole thing disappointing. The ending was just simply laughable. But the strangest part was the relationship between the two main characters, the wife and the husband who had cheated, just the wife's reaction was completely unrealistic, she got over it quickly, forgave her husbad and played happy families, both privately and publically.

Given the current Black Lives Matter struggles, this is a film that will answer the question why Black people are marching. Simply excellent human story in the backdrop of racial tensions.
