I have been a Star Trek fan for years and probably watched every Star Trek TV show and Movie. In fact I rate Star Trek above every other Sci-Fi as a lot of it's content is actually believable and in a way becomes reality. Just look at some of the technology we use today, such as tablets, phones and VR headsets. I recently read that scientists are using quantum computers to figure out teleportation! It's Star Trek that made us want to develop this technology!

Back to the show! This final season of Picard contains 10 episodes and each and every one got me hooked. In fact as soon as one finished I wanted to watch the next one! The whole season blew me away. It had a great story and seeing many of the older characters and ships again was fantastic! Well done to everyone involved in creating this masterpiece. It's a MUST watch!

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a fantastic game and will keep you hooked for several hours. The gameplay basically consists of working you way up from a tent to a fully furnished house, farming fruit and vegetables, catching fish and bugs, buying and trading items, and digging up fossils.

You also have the abilities to change the landscape, this includes adding or removing rivers, clifts, pathways, plants and trees. You can also build many other things, such as fairgrounds, parks, and any other buildings a town could have.

Doing all the above is a very enjoyable experience, however you do get to a point when you think "what now!" and you feel you have hit a brick wall and there's not much else to do. However, as the game runs in real time new things happen on certain days, such as Halloween, Christmas Day, etc. One thing that really annoyed me in the game though was the fact you had to wait a WHOLE day to build, move or demolish a bridge or building! So if you wanted to move around your town it could take weeks as only ONE building or bridge can be moved per day...crazy!

The amount of work and detail that has gone into Animal Crossing: New Horizons is unbelievable, it looks absolutely fantastic and plays like a dream! Saying that, many Nintendo developed games are also polished to a very high standard.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a very worthy purchase, but you will eventually get bored with it and wanting to swap to another game. I think Nintendo could improve Animal Crossing, possibly taking a few ideas used in games like Stardew Valley.

Considering the Nintendo Switch is one of the best multiplayer consoles available, EA have NOT included split screen multiplayer mode in Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville for Switch! This is a BIG let down as you cannot play the game with a friend on your TV. The ONLY way to play 2 player is with 2 games, 2 consoles, and both players using the Switch's small screens. I also find the user interface for this game confusing and a bit of a mess.

On Nintendo Switch Plants Vs Zombies offers good gameplay for a single player, but it could have been so much better with a split screen multiplayer mode. The game is better on Xbox and Playstation.
